       said John Hyde his Ex.rs Adm.rs or assign's
       the said sume of four hundred &
       thirty pounds or so much thereof as shall
       be paid by the said John his Ex.rs or
       Adm.rs for the said Notley upon such
       his Drafts w.th legall interest for y.e
       same to be yearly paid y.e first paym.t
       of such sume & interest to be made
       upon y.e twenty eighth day of Jan.ry Feb.ry
       1706 by good bills of Exch.a to be drawn
       upon some responsible merch.t in
       London w.ch shall be duly accepted &
       paid according to the tenour ^thereof^ [illegible]
       & so yearly upon Every 28.th day of
       feb.ry till the whole sume ^to^ be advanced
       by y.e said John be fully paid w.th y.e
       Interest thereof yearly in pporcon
       to so much as shall Every respective
       year remain unpaid the sd bills ^to be^ yearly
       delivered to Charles Carroll at his
       Dwelling house att  y.e Port of Annapolis
       or att the dwelling house of attorny
       of the said John Hyde for y.e time being
