       Purpose whatsoever And the said
       Notley & Jane for themselves their &
       either of their heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs do
       hereby Covenant promise grant &
       agree to & w.th the said John Hyde &
       his heirs y.t the afd severall tracts
       of Land hereby sold are at the time
       of sealing & Delivery of these
       p.rsence clear and free of & from
       all & all manner of Incumbrances
       w.tsoever whether by statutes Judgm.ts
       Recognizances forfeitures attainders
       of the said Notley & jane or y.e lines
       of the said tracts or any or either of
       them runing into ancienter surveys
       or by any other ways & means or
       ways w.tsoever save only quitt rents
       now due or hereafter to grow due to y.e
       R.tt hon.ble The Lord Propry & y.t the
       said Notley & Jane shall & will forever
       war.t & defend The same same
       ag.t all p.rsons whatsoever unto him
       the said John Hyde his heirs & assigns
       Provided always & it is y.e true intent
