       George unto the said Benjamin Rozer &
       lying in the said County two hundred &
       seventy acres Called Thompsons Towne
       likewise Conveyed by the said George
       Thompson unto the said Benj.a Rozer &
       lying in the said County all w.ch three last
       tracts are included in one and the same
       Conveyance six hundred acres of Land
       Called Saint Elizabeth originally granted
       unto one John Chairman then Lying in
       Charles but now in Prince Georges County
       and by the said Benjamin Rozer w.ch said
       Conveyed to the said Benjamin Rozer w.ch said
       severall tracts of Land now hereby Conveyed
       by the said Notley Rozer heir at Law to the
       said Benjamine unto the said John Hyde
       Containing in all the quantity of one thousand
       nine hundred & twenty acres of Land
       to have & to hold the said severall Tracts
       of Land and premisses w.th all & singular
       their and every of their rights members &
       apurtences unto him the said Jn.o Hyde his
       heirs and assignes for ever to the only pper
       use & behoofe of him the said John Hyde his
       heirs & assigns & to no other use intent or
