1010 and meaning of these Presents y.t w.ras there is an interc^o^urse of Trade Between the said Notley Rozer & y.e said John Hyde by y.e s.d Notley's Consigning tobaccoes to him the said John & y.e s.d Johns Remitting Effects back to the said Notley & answering his Draughts by way of Exch.a & the said Notley having now occation to draw bills of Exchange upon y.e said John for y.e above sume being the Consideration of this Deed if the said Jn.o should Dye before payment of the said sume so to be drawne upon him for by the said Notley or any part thereof upon such Drafts that then this deed & all the articles Covenants & Clauses therein to be contained are to be utterly void & of noe Effect, And it is further hereby provided y.t in case the said John his Ex.rs or adm.rs do accept & pay upon y.e said Draughts of y.e s.d Notley the said sume of four hundred & thirty pounds y.e consideration in this deed specefied or any parte thereof & y.t the said Notley his heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs do by four equall yearly payments sattisfy Content & pay unto y.e (said) |
