          Bounded Tree containing and now laid out for one hundred acres as by Pattent Appeares all the afore granted
       Lands Called Long Point and the Long Neck and Bildon in all containing three hundred and fifty acres of land
       more or less Together w.th all Rights proffitts priviledges and benefitts thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaineing
       and also all writings Deeds pattents and Evidences Touching or concerning the same To have and To
       Hold the said parcells of Land and all and singular y.e Bargained P.rmisses thereunto belonging w.th every
       part and parcell thereof unto them the said Ennion Williams and William Fishbourn their heires or assignes
       for ever to the only proper use and behoofe of them y.e s.d Ennion Williams and William Fishbourn their
       heires or Assignes for Ever and the s.d Ralph Elston for himselfe his heires Ex.rs Adm.rs and Assignes
       Doth Covenant and Grant to and w.th the said Ennion Williams and William Fishbourne their heires Ex.rs Adm.rs and
       assignes that he the said Ralph Elston his heires Ex.rs Adm.rs and Assignes y.e said parcells of Land and all other y.e
       bargained premissess unto them the s.d Ennion Williams and William Fishbourn their heires Ex.rs Adm.rs and
       Assignes ag.t all manner of psons whatsoever shall and will for ever warant and Defend by these p.rsents and by him
       the said Ralph Elston his heires Ex.rs Adminis.rs and Assignes Defended saved and kept harmless of all
       and Every former and other Bargaines Grants Sales Judgments Rents Charges Arreares of Rents and of &
       from all and every Incumbrance whatsoever y.e Rents and services hereafter to become due to the propryet for
       y.e same allways excepted and foreprized and he the said Ralph Elston doth by these p.rsents constitute and appoint
       my well Beloved Friend and son in Law Benjamin Ball to accknowledge this Deed of sale to the said Ennion
       Williams and William Fishbourn their heires and Assignes in the Provinciall Court in as full and ample manner
       as if I were personally p.rsent and has done or acted y.e same and further the said Ralph Elston his heires
       Ex.rs Admin.rs and Assignes shall and will from time to time and at all times hereafter at y.e proper Cost and Charges
       in the Law of them the Said Ennion Williams and William Fishbourn their heires or assignes make doe execute
       and suffer or Cause to be made done Executed or suffered all and Every such other act or acts thing or things device
       or devices whatsoever Requisitt in the p.rmisses for the better asssuring and more sure makeing of the Bargained
       p.rmisses unto them y.e said Ennion Williams and William Fishbourn theire heires and assignes for for ever be it
       by enrolment of these p.rsents fine feoffment or otherwise or by any such Lawfull wayes or meanes as by y.e said
       Ennion Williams and William Fishbourn their heires or assignes or by any their Councill Learned in the Law shall be
       Reasonablely Advised Devised or Required   In Wittness whereof the said Ralph Elston unto these p.rsents
       hass sett his hand and seale the day and yeare first above written
