863 (836 Fishing and Fowling and all other Priviledges Royaltyes Rights Members and Appartenances of the same and of every parte and parcell thereof Excepted and alwayes foreprised out of this p.rsent Demise fifty acres of land part of the said two hundred and fifty acres formerly granted and sould by y.e said Robert Vaulx to Arthur Lunn and to his heires for Ever To have and To hold the said Demised p.rmisses w.th the appurtenances and every Parte of the said Two hundred and fifty acres (Except before Excepted) unto the said Stephen Fauce his Ex.rs Admin.rs and Assignes from the Day of the Date of these p.rsents for and dureing and unto the full end and terme of three yeares from thence next Ensueing fully to be Compleated and Ended Yielding and paying therefore the Rent of one Graine of Indian Corne only if the same be Demanded To the Intent that by virtue of these presents and of the Statute for transferring uses into possession he the said Stephen Fauace may be in Actuall and peaceable Possession of the p.rmisses and be thereby Enabled to accept a Grant and Release of the Reversion and Inheritance there to him and to his heires for Ever In Wittness whereof the said Robert Vaulx hath hereto sett his hand and seale the Day and Yeare first above written Signed Sealed and Delivered by the within The marke of Named Robert Vaulx in p.rsence of Us Robert R Vaulx (sealed) Jn.o Taylor Maryland fs Port of Annapolis August 31.th W Bladen Then Came into Court the within named Robert Vaulx and did accknowledge the within to be his act and Deed to the use within menconed Chr Gregory Clk of the Prov.ll Court This Indenture Made the Twenty Ninth day of August one thousand six hundred ninty and Eight and in the tenth year of the Reigne of our Soveraigne Lord William the Third &c.a Betweene Ralph Ellston of Sen.r of Talbott County in the Province of Maryland planter of the one party and Ennion Williams and William Fishbourn both of the same County and Province of the other party Wittnesseth that the said Ralph Elston for and in Consideracon of the sum of one hundred pounds Ster of good and lawfull money of England to him in hand paid before the ensealing and delivery of these p.rsents the Reciept whereof the s.d Ralph Elston doth hereby accknowledge and himself therewith to be fully satisfied contented and paid thereof and Every parte and parcell thereof doth hereby Absolutly & Clearly Exonerate Release acquitt & discharge the said Ennion Williams and William Fishbourn and to their heires and assignes for ever all and singular the following Tracts of Land viz.t one Tract of Land Called Long Point lyeing in Talbott County af.d and on the north side of Choptanck River and on the north side of a Creek in the s.d River called y.e second Creek beginning att a marked oake upon a point by a cove and Running for breadth west twenty five pearches to a marked ceder bounded on the west by a line Drawne south from the said Ceder for length three hundred and twenty pearches on the south by a line Drawn East from the end of the south line untill it Intersect w.th the second Creek and on y.e east by the said Creeke on the north by the first west line Containing fifty acres more or less as p Pattent Appeares and also all that Tract of Land Called the Long Neck lyeing in Talbott County and on the north side of Choptanck River in a Cove neare the second creek beginning at a marked pine at y.e head of the said Cove and Runing from y.e said pine for breadth one hundred pearches North East and by East to a marked white oake neere a marsh bounding on the south by a line Drawn South East from the said oak for breadth three hundred and Twenty pearches on the west by a line drawn south west and by West from the End of the south line one hundred pearches on the north by the said Elstons Land on the East by the first north East and by East line Containing and laid out for Two hundred acres as by Pattent appeares also one Tract of Land Called Bildon lyeing in Talbott County on the East side of a Creeke ^called Harrisses Creek^ in Choptanck River beginning at a marked Cedar Tree by y.e Creek side and Running for breadth east fifty pearches to the head of Creek Runing out of a Creek Called y.e Second Creek to a marked white oake then w.th a line drawn north for length three hundred and twenty pearches then with a line Drawn west fifty pearches then w.th a streight line to the first Bounded |
