       To all People to whom this p.rsent writing shall come or that the same shall see heare or read I Grace
       Lloyd of London Widow the Relict and Ex.rx of the last Will and Testament of Edward Lloyd formerly of the
       Province of Maryland Planter but since of the Parish of S.t Mary While Chappell in the County of
       middx merchant Dec.d send Greeting Know Yee That I the said Grace Lloyd for and in Consideracon
       of the Love and affection which I have and bear to my kinsman Richard Bennett of Maryland aforesaid
       merchant at p.rsent in London and of Five shillings English money by him to me at and before then sealing
       & delivery hereof in hand paid and for Divers other good and valuable causes & Consideracons mee
       hereunto Especially moving Have granted bargained and sold & by these p.rsents for me my heires Ex.rs
       and Adm.rs doe fully freely and absolutly Grant bargaine & sell unto the said Richard Bennett
       all and Every the Debts Owing to me in Maryland aforesaid (the particulars whereof are menconed in
       the shedule heareunto annexed) with all and every other my goods rights creditts and Estate whatsoever
       either reall or psonall in Maryland aforesaid consisting in lands Plantations Houses Stock woods
       Underwoods workhouses rents revercons and remainders or otherwise howsoever belonging to me either in my own
       right or by Donacon of my said late Husband Edward Lloyd Dec.d or as I am Ex.rx of his last will and
       Testament or otherwise together w.th all my right title Intrest Claim propertye & Demand whatsoever
       of in and to the said sheduled Debts and other my Estate whatsoever either reall or psonall as aforesaid
       in the said Province of Maryland or of in and to any part or parcell thereof To have and To hold
       all and singular the p.rmisses herein before menconed or intended to be hereby bargained and sold with y.e
       appurtenances to the said Richard Bennett his heires Ex.rs Adminis.rs and Assignes to his and their own
       use and uses and his and their own proper Goods and Chattles from hence forth freely for ever with
       warranty ag.t all psons claiming or to claime any right or title thereunto by from or under mee the said Grace
       Lloyd  And I the said Grace Lloyd doe hereby for mee my Ex.rs and Adminis.rs nominate and appoint
       the said Richard Bennett his Ex.rs and Admin.rs to be my true and lawfull and Irrevocable Attornie
       and Attornies in the p.rmisses for and to the use of the said Richard Bennett his Ex.rs or Admin.rs to Demand
       recover and recieve the said bargained p.rmisses by all such ways & methods either amicable or Juditiall
       as he or they shall think fitt & upon recoveryes and receipts to make and give due & suffitient acquittances
       and Discharges I hereby for me my Ex.rs and Adminis.rs promising to hold and ratifie these p.rsents &
       and whatsoever the s.d Richard Bennett his Ex.rs or Admin.rs shall doe or Cause to be done by virtue of
       y.e same for Irrevcable good firme & of value for ever In wittnes whereof I the s.d Grace
       Lloyd have hereunto putting hand & seale Dated in London this Fourteenth Day of October Anno
       Dom 1697 and in the Ninth Year of the Reigne of William the Third King of England &c.a

       and well beloved friend Maj.r John Thompson my true and Lawfull Attorney; giving and by these p.rsents
       Granting unto him full power & authoryty & speciall charge for and in the name & to the use of me y.e
