       His heires and assignes for ever in form afors.d And that y.e said Towne Land and three Mannors with the
       Appurtenaces now are and be and soe from hencfourth shall be remaine continue & endure unto y.e said
       Gabriell Parrott his heires and Assignes free and cleare and freely and clearly and absolutely acquitted
       exonerated and discharged or otherwise well and suffitiently saved kept harmless and indempnified off and from
       all and all manner of former and other Guifts Grants Bargaines Sales Leases Morgages Joyntures Dowers &
       Titles of Dowres uses wills Entailes Judgm.ts Extents Executions seizures forfeitures Debts Rents & arrearages
       of Rents Titles troubles charges and incumberances whatsoever (The Quitt Rentts or Chiefe Rents yearly
       due and payable for y.e p.rmisses excepted And alsoe excepted and foreprized out of these p.rsents and y.e
       covenants herein comprised All such Leases Grants and Sales that were legally granted and made over of
       of any Lands within y.e said three mannors by William Calvert Esq.r late secretary of this province dureing
       his life and grants made by Charles his sonne unto Charles Egerton Richard Calvert and Solomon Jones)
       And further that the said Gabriell Parrott his heires and assignes and every of them shall and may from
       time to time and at all times hereafter upon y.e Reasonable Request and at y.e Costs and Charges of y.e said
       Gabriell for ever peaceably and quietly have hold occupie posesse and enjoy y.e before bargained p.rmisses
       & every parte thereof w.th y.e Appurtenances without y.e lawfull lett suite trouble interuption eviction or
       disturbance of y.e said Phillip Lynes and Margarett his Wife or any other pson or psons whatsoever And
       Furthermore that they the said Phillip Lynes and Margarett his wife and all claiming under them &
       all other pson and psons any Estate haveing or lawfully claiming of in to or out of y.e p.rmisses shall
       and will from time ^to^ time and at all times hereafter upon y.e Reasonable Request and at y.e Costs and Charges
       of y.e s.d Gabriell Parrott his heires or assignes make doe pform acknowledge Levey execute &
       and suffer or cause to be made done pformed Acknowledged and Levyed executed and suffered all and
       every such further and lawfull and reasonable act and acts thing and things device and devices assureance
       and assureances and conveyances of y.e same whatsoever for y.e further better and more pfect Assureance
       saftey sure making and conveyance of y.e before hereby Granted or Mentioned To be granted p.rmisses w.th
       their and every of their apurtenances unto y.e s.d Gabriell Parrott and his heires To the onely prope use
       and behoofe of y.e said Gabriell Parrott his heires and Assignes for ever Be it by fine feoffm.t release
       confirmacon Deed or Deeds Enrolled the acknowledgment or enrollment of these p.rsents or by any other
       Lawfull wayes or meanes whatsoever as by y.e s.d Gabriell Parrott his heires or assignes or his or their

       and seaven Between Thomas Frances of Anne Arrundell County gent of y.e one parte and Samuell Young of
       the said County gent Wittnesseth that wheras y.e said Thomas Francis is seised in his demesne as of Fee of A
       Certain Tract of Land in Baltemore County Called Hollands Lott and Conteining by y.e Orriginall survey thereof
       four hundred Acres of Land and granted under y.e Great seale of this Province by y.e Right hono.ble Charles Lord barron
       of Baltemore the lord Proprei.ry that now is y.e twelfth Day of May one thousand six hundred seaventy and nine
       unto Thomas Frances father to y.e said Thomas Frances the party to these p.rsents and heir at Law to his s.d Father
       deceased And Whereas y.e s.d Thomas Francis the s.d party to these p.rsents has by his letter of Attorney constituted
       Deputed and appointed his trusty and well beloved friend Edward Carter of y.e said County of Anne Arrundell gent
       the s.d letter of Attorney bearing date the twenty ninth day of Decemb.r Last therein and thereby authoriseing
       and Impowering him the said Edward Carter to seale deliver and Execute according to Law unto him the s.d Samuell Younge
       A Deed of Bargain and Seale of y.e afores.d Tract of Land in fee simple as in and by the said Letter of Atturny relation
