Chapple Land by A Right line Drawn from the s.d Angle Easterly unto S.t Georges River containing one hundred Acres or thereabouts Bee it more or lesse And likwise all That trat or pcell of Forest Land bounding on y.e north w.th Trinity Bay on y.e East w.th a Right line Drawne y.e head of A Little Creeke in y.e said Bay called Nortons Creeke unto y.e head of a branch of Broad Creeke called James's Branch on y.e south w.th y.e said Branch & Creeke and on y.e west w.th Potomack River containing six hundred Acres of Land more or lesse And likewise one other parcell of Forrest Land Bounding on y.e wise appertaineing or to or with y.e same usually held or enjoyed as parte parcell or member of y.e same and y.e Reversion or Reversions Remaind.r and Remainders Rents Issues and proffits of all and singular the p.rmisses and every parte and parcell thereof (the Arrears to this p.rsent time only Excepted) and y.e Estate Right Title Intrest claime & demand whatsoever of them y.e s.d Phillip Lynes and Margarett his wife of in or unto y.e same & every or any parte or parcell these And all Pattents Deeds writings counterparts of Leases Escripts & immunities whatsoever touching or concerning y.e of y.e p.rmisses by y.e Rents and services therefore due & of Right Accustomed And The s.d Phillip Lynes for him and his heires All and Every y.e said bargained p.rmisses w.th y.e Appurtenances & every parte and parcell thereof unto y.e s.d Gabriell Parrott and his heires against all persons shall and will warrant and for ever Defend by these p.rsents And further y.e s.d Phillip for him heires Ex.rs and Admin.rs and for every of them for y.e s.d Margarett his wife doth Covenant Grant and agree to and w.th y.e s.d Gabriell Parrott his heires and Assignes by these p.rsents in manner and form following That is to say that they y.e said Phillip Lynes and Margarett his wife or one of them now is or are and stand or standeth Lawfully Rightly and undefeazably seized of and in the said Mannors
