       Clearly & absolutely grant bargaine sell alien & Confirme unto the said Anne Coppin
       her heirs & assignes for ever All that the above mentioned Tract of Land called Weston
       lyeing on the East side of Chessepeake Bay in a River called Nanticoke as the meetes and
       bounds ^thereof^ abovesaid doth more plainely divide & shew Contayning and laid out for one Thousand
       acres more or lesse and all and all manner of houses Edifices buildings trees wayes
       passages woods underwoods pastures feedings Commons Common of pasture waters
       Ditches fences rents easements profitts Commodities Hereditaments & appurtenances whatsoever
       to the said Tract of Land Belonging or in any wayes appertaining or accepted Reputed
       taken demised used occupied or enjoyed as parte parcell or member thereof or any parte
       thereof And the Reversion & reversions Remainder & Remainders Rents issues and
       profitts whatsoever of all and singular the aforementioned tract of Land to be heereby
       granted premisses with th'appurtenances & every parte & parcell thereof And alsoe all the
       Estate & Estates Right title interest possession rent propertie Inheritance Clayme & demand
       whatsoever of him the said George White of in or to the aforementioned to bee hereby
       bargained premisses with th'appurtenances or any parte thereof To have and to hold the said
       Tract of Land Together with all Deeds writeings Evidences Chirographies of fynes
       Exempnifications of Recoveries Escripts & minnements whatsoever Touching or Concerning
       the said Premisses or any part or parcell thereof To have & To hold the said Tract of Land
       houses Edifices buildings and all and singular ^other^ the premisses before mentioned or intended
       to be hereby granted bargained and sold with their & every of their appurtenances &
       every part and parcell thereof unto the said Ann Coppin her heirs & assignes for ever to
       & for the onely proper use & behoofe of her the said Ann Coppin her heires & assignes
       forever And that shee the said Anne Coppin her heirs and assignes shall and may from
       henceforth and att all times hereafter for ever Lawfully peaceably & quietly have hold use
       occupie possesse & enjoy all and every the said Tract of Land houses Edifices buildings And
       all and singular other the premisses before mentioned or intended to be hereby granted
       bargained and sold with their & every of their appurtenances And every part and
       parcell thereof & alsoe have Receive taken and Enjoy to & for her and their ^owne^ propper use
       & behoofe all and every the Rents issues & profitts which from henceforth shall come
       arise grow due and or payable out of for or in Respect of the said Premisses or any part
       thereof according to the true intent and meaning of these presents without any manner
       of Lett suite trouble interruption eviction Recoverie deniall or hindrance whatsoever
       of or by the said Thomas Taylor his Executors or adm.rs or of the said George White
       his heirs or assignes or any of them or of or by any other person or persons Lawfully Claimeing by
       from or under the said George White his heirs or assignes And that free & cleere & freely and cleerly
       accquitted discharged saved harmlesse & kept indempnified of and from all & singular former
       & other bargaines sales gifts grants Leases Joyntures dowers uses uses wills fines issues Intayles
       Mortgages Annuities Rents Arrearages of rents statutes recognizances Judgments extents
       Executions debts amerciaments trusts orders & decrees and of & from all other estates titles Treble
       Charges & incumbrances whatsoever had made Comitted donne or assented unto by him the said
       Thomas Tayler his heirs or assignes or by the said George White his heirs or assignes or any of
       them or hereafter to bee had made Comitted done suffered or assented unto by him the said
       Thomas Tayler his heirs or assignes or by the said George White his heirs or assignes or any of
       them or hereafter to bee had made Comitted done suffered or assented unto by him the said
       Thomas Tayler his heirs or assignes or by the said George White his heirs or assignes or any of
       them Except the Rents & Services which from henceforth shall grow due & payable unto the
       chiefe Lord or Lords of the fee or fees of the said Premisses for or in respect of his or their
       seigniory or seigniories onely And the said Thomas Tayler for himselfe his heires Exec.rs
       & Adm.rs Doth Covenant promise & grant to and with the said Ann Coppin her
