       heires and assignes for ever and to noe other use intent or purpose whatsoever
       And hee the said Edward and Mary do hereby for themselves theire heires Executo.rs
       and Adm.rs Covenant and agree to and w.th him the said Robert Ridgely his heires
       Executors and Adm.rs that they the said Edward and Mary at the time of the
       ensealing and delivery of these p.rsents are and stand seized of the said Land
       and p.rmisses w.th their appurtenances of a firme sure good and undefeazable
       Estate of Inheritance in Fee Simple and that they have full right and good
       Power and Lawfull authority to Grant bargaine and sell the same and every part
       and parcell thereof to him the said Robert Ridgely and his heires And that
       they will warrant and for ever defend the same to him the said Robert Ridgely
       and his heires against all persons whatsoever And that the said land & p.rmisses
       are Free and cleare of all manner of Incumbrances whatsoever the Rents and
       Services due and payable to the said Lord prop.ry and his heires Lord and Lords
       of the Fee of the p.rmisses alwayes Excepted and Foreprized And the said Edw.d
       and Mary doe further For them heires selves theire heires Executo.rs and Adm.rs
       Covenant promise and agree to and with the said Robert Ridgely his heires Ex.rs
       and Adm.rs and every of them by these p.rsents at any time within these seaven
       yeares next comeing at the reasonable request and at the propper Cost and
       charges in the Law of him the said Robert Ridgely so doe acknowledge and
       Execute any other Lawfull Conveyance or Conveyances assurance or assurances
       in the Law whether it bee by fyne and recovery or enrollm.t of these p.rsents
       or otherwise whatsoever as by the Councell of the Said Robert Ridgely Learned
       in the Law shall be reasonably advised devised or required For the more
       Suremakeing Conveying and Confirming of the p.rmisses and every part and
       pcell thereof to him the said Robert Ridgely his heires and assignes for Ever
       In Witnesse whereof the parties first above named have to these
       p.rsents Indentures Interchangeably sett to theire hands & seales the
       day and yeare first above written

       Know all men by these p.rsents that I Edward Southrin of the County of Som.rsett
       in the province of Maryland plant.r doe hereby assigne and sell unto Robert
       Ridgely his heires and assignes for ever my Cattle Marke remaining upon
       Record in the County of Somersett being Cropt on both eares and slitt in
       the Right eare and two Nicks und.r the left eare To Have and to hold
       the same unto him the said Robert Ridgely his heires and assignes for ever
       witnesse my hand and seale the tenth day of August one thousand six
       hundred seaventy five

       Signed sealed and delivered
       in the p.rsence of us
       Thomas Walker & Jn.o Vigrous
                                                       On the back side of the aforegoing deed was
                                                          Thus Written

       Memorandum that this tenth day of August in the foure & fortieth yeare
       of the Dominion of Cæcilius &c Annoq Dom 1675 Recd then for the use of his said
       Lordspp of Robert Ridgely by bargainee of the p.rmisses within written the summe of
       Seaventy and two pounds Tobacco that is to say thirty six pounds hereof in full
       for this alienation and the Remaind.r due for the Rent of the premisses till
       the Feast of S.t Michaell next ensueing the date hereof I say received in
       as aforesaid by me
