       Learned in the Law Shall be reasonaby devised or Advised & required
       Soe as Such further Assureance or Assureances Conteine noe other warranty
       or Covenant then are in these p.rsents Conteyned And Lastly itt is
       Covenanted Concluded & Agreed by & betweene the said partyes to these
       p.rsents for themselves & theire Severall heires by these p.rsents That all
       & Every Fine & Fines recovery Conveyance & other assureances whatsoever
       Soe to be had & made of the said bargained premisses Shall be & Enure
       and Shall be Adjudged Esteemed & taken to be & Enure To the Onely
       proper use & behoofe of the said Samuell Groome & of his heires &
       Assignes for Ever & to none other use intent or purpose whatsoever In
       Witnes whereof the said partyes to these p.rsents Indentures Interchangeably
       have Sett theire hands & Seales Dated the day & yeare first above

       Recd the twentyeth day of March 1674 by me the within named Robert
       Story of the within named Samuell Groome the sume of Twenty Pounds of
       lawfull money of England being the same moneys menconed in the Consideracon
       of the within writt Deed   I Say recd                                  20.th

       Upon the desire of Robert Story of this Citty Merchant I Doe hereby
       Certify his haveing this day Acknowledged before me the within written to be
       his Act & Deed Signed & Sealed by him Given under my hand & seale in
       New Yorke this 14.th day of November 1676      Andross

       This Indenture made this Two & Twentyeth day of June in the second yeare of y.e Dominion
       of Charles Lord Barron of Baltemore &c over Maryland Annoq Domi One Thousand six hundred
       Seaventy Seaven Betweene Robert Taylor in y.e County of Dorchester in y.e Province aforesaid Carpenter
       of the One part And John Blomfeild of the County of S.t Maryes in the Same Province Gentl of y.e
       other part Witnesseth That the Said Robert Taylor as well for & in Consideracon of the Sume of Five
       Thousand pounds of Tobacco to him before the Ensealing & Delivery hereof well & truly paid by the
       said John Blomfeild the Receipt whereof he the Said Robert Taylor doth hereby Acknowledge
       & thereof doth Acquitt Exonerate & discharge the said John Blomfeild his heires Exec.rs and
       Adm.rs by these presents Hath Granted Bargained Sold Aliened & Confirmed And by these p.rsents
       doth Grant Bargaine Sell Aliene Enfeoffe & Confirme unto the said John Blomfeild his heires
       & Assignes for Ever All y.t parcell of Land lyeing in S.t Maryes County (Called Denby) in y.e Woods
       Called Wynns Branch bounding on the South with y.e said line & branch for y.e length of One hundred and
       twenty five perches to A bounded Oake Standing in the maine branch or Swampe that boundeth y.e
       Land of Thomas Hatton On the West by A line drawne North for y.e length of Three hundred &
       twenty Perches to A bounded Oake near y.e land of John Gittings On y.e North by A line drawne
       East from the End of the Said North Line One hundred twenty five Perches to A bounded Oake
       that intersects A parralell line drawne South to the first bounded Oake On the south with
       y.e said parralell Containing & laid Out for Two hundred & fifty Acres more or lesse and all houses
       & Edifices Erected upon y.e said land or any part thereof & all pastures Orchards Gardens Rights
       profitts & Appurtences to y.e same belonging or in anywise appertaining & all Deeds Patents
