       and writeings which doe any way Concerne the same or any part thereof To have & to hold the same
       parcell of Land & p.rmisses with the Appurtences unto the said John Blomfeild his heires and
       Assignes To his & theire owne proper use & behoofe for Ever And the said Robert Taylor for
       himselfe his heyres Exec.rs & Adm.rs doth Covenant Promise & Grant to & with the said John
       Taylor att y.e time of the Ensealing & Delivery of these p.rsents is & Standeth lawfully Seized of the
       p.rmisses in his Demesne as of Fee of A Good Sure perfect & indefeazible Estate of inheritance
       in Fee Simple And y.t he hath in himselfe good Right full power & lawfull Authority to Grant
       Bargaine & sell the said land & p.rmisses unto the said John Blomfeild his heires & Assignes for
       Ever in manner & forme aforesaid And that he y.e said John Blomfeild his heires & Assignes shall
       & may for Ever hereafter peaceably & quietly have hold possesse & Enjoy the said parcell of Land
       & p.rmisses with y.e Appurtences without y.e Lett Suite Eviccon or disturbance of any person or
       persons whatsoever free & Cleare of all incumbrances whatsoever And that he y.e said Robert
       Taylor his heyres Exec.rs & Adm.rs the aforesaid Land & p.rmisses with y.e appurtences unto y.e said
       John Blomfeild his heyres & Assignes shall & will warrant & for Ever defend by these p.rsents y.e Rents
       & services hereafter to become due & payable to y.e Lord of y.e Fee of y.e p.rmisses only Excepted and
       Foreprized In Witnes whereof y.e partyes first above named have to these p.rsent Indentures
       interchangeably sett theire hands & Seales y.e day & Yeare first above written

                                     On the Back of y.e foregoeing Deed was thus written (viz.t)

       Memorandum That this day to witt y.e two & twentyeth day of June Anno 1677 Came before
       Us William Calvert Esq.r & Baker Brooke Esq.r two of his Lordpps Justices of y.e Provinc.ll Court
       Edward Savage Attorney of the within named Robert Taylor & Acknowledged the within
       Indenture to be his Act & Deed to the Uses in the Same Indenture Specified

                                                                                                       Baker Brooke

       Know all men by these p.rsents that I Robert Taylor of the County of Dorchester in
       the Province of Maryland Carpenter have made Ordeyned Constituted authorized impowered
       & appointed Edward Sauvage of the County of Dorchester aforesaid Gentl my true & lawfull
       Attorney irrevocable to make Sale of A parcell of Land Called Denby Conteyning two hundred
       & fifty Acres of land lyeing in S.t Maryes County w.ch I purchased from Thomas Wynn &
       Elizabeth his wife of S.t Maryes County &c ^aforesaid^ in my name to Signe Seale & deliver A
       Conveyance thereof & make an Acknowledgement of the same in the Provinc.ll Court according
       to the lawes of this Province & whatsoever my Said Constitute shall Act and doe in
       the p.rmisses I doe by these p.rsents Confirme & allow of to be firme & valid in law to
       all intents & purposes as if I had psonally Acted the same In Witnes whereof I have
       hereunto Sett my hand & Seale this tenth day of Jan.ry in the second yeare of y.e Dominion
       of Charles &c Annoq Domi One Thousand Six hundred Seaventy and Six
