399 (390 Bargaines Sales Leases Mortgages Rents arrearages of Rents Joyntures Dowers Statutes Judgments Dutyes Tytles trowbles and Incumbrances whatsoever had made Comitted Suffered or Done by or to be had made Comitted suffered or done by them the said Richard Keene and Mary his wife or by any other person or persons whatsoever the Rents and Services hereafter to become Due and payable to the Right Hono.ble the Lord Prop.ry his Heirs and ^or^ Successo.rs Lords of the fee of the premises alwaies Excepted and foreprized And further the said Richard Keene and Mary his wife Doe for themselves their heirs Executo.rs and Adm.rs Covenant promise grant and agree to and with the said Henry Lowe his Heirs and Assignes by these presents that they the said Richard Keene and Mary his wife shall and will att all times hereafter for and Dureing the space of seaven years next ensueing the Date of these presents Doe make acknowledge Execute and suffer or Cause to be made done made acknowledged Executed ^or^ and suffered all and Every such Lawfull act and Acts thing and things Device and Devices Conveyance and Conveyances in the Law with Warranty as aforesaid for the further and more assurance and sure makeing of the premises unto him the said Henry Lowe his heirs and Assignes Bee it by fine and recovery Deed Enrolled and Enrolment of these presents or any other Lawfull way or meanes whatsoever as by the said Henry Lowe his heirs or Assignes or his or their Councill Learned in the Lawe shall be reasonable Devised advised or required In Witnesse whereof the partyes above named have Interchangably sett their hands and seales the day and year first above written her Rich.d Keene Mary M Keene (sealed) mark Sealed and Delivered (sealed) in the presence of us W.m Digges Nicholas Sewall Ant Und.rwood Memorandum that upon the fifth Day of Aprill in the year of our Lord One thousand six hundred Eighty and six the within named Mary Keene Came before us William Digges and Nicholas Sewall Esq.rs two of his Lordpps Justices of the Provinciall Court and being privately and secretly Examined and former out of the hearing of her Husband by us according to the Act of Assembly in that case made and provided shee did voluntarily acknowledge the within written Deed to be the Act and Deed of the within named Richard Keene and her the said Mary his wife And that shee did willingly and |
