389) 398 drawne from Axells Branch on the west with the said parallell and branch on the south with the said River Conteyning and formerly laid out for two hundred Acres more or lesse And alsoe all that parcell of land Adjoyning to the former Begining att the head of Harmers branch Runing North west and by West downe the branch to a point one hundred and Eighty perches then South one hundred Seaventy five perches Then North East one hundred and fifty perches to a marked Oake in a Valley bounding on the East by a line drawne North from the said Oake into the said Branch and by the said Branch on the south and west and North by the said River Conteyning and formerly laid out for One hundred and fifty Acres more or lesse Together with all Rights proffits benefits Comodities and Appurtenances whatsoever to the said three severall tracts or parcells of Land or any of them belonging or in any wise Apperteyning and all houses outhouses Orchards gardens fences woods Underwoods meadows pastures Timber and Timber trees upon the same And all Deeds pattents grannts writeings and Evidences of and Concerning the said severall parcells or tracts of Land before by these presents mentioned to be Bargained and sold according to the severall meets and bounds before expressed and all the Rights property claime Interest and Demand of them the said Richard Keene and Mary his wife their Heirs & Executo.rs in and to the same and every part and parcell thereof To have and To hold the said three severall tracts or parcells of Land and all and singular other the premises with the appurtenances before Bargained and ^or^ sold or meant mentioned or intended to be hereby given granted Bargained and sold Aliened and Confirmed and every part and parcell thereof unto the said Henry Lowe his heirs and Assignes for ever And the said Richard Keene and Mary his wife doe for themselves their Heirs Executo.rs and Adm.rs and Every of them Covenant promise and grant to and with the said Henry Lowe his heirs and Assignes and Every of them by these presents that they the said Richard Keene and Mary his wife their heirs Executors and Administrators and Every of them the severall tracts or parcells of Land and Every of them before by these presents Bargained and sold or hereby intended to be Bargained and sold with their and Every of their Appurtenances unto him the said Henry Lowe his heirs and Assignes against all person and persons whatsoever shall and will for ever hereafter warrant and Defend and Warrant by these presents And further the said Richard Keene and Mary his wife doe for themselves their heirs Executo.rs and Adm.rs Covenant promise grant and agree to and with the said Henry Lowe his heirs and Assignes that the said Richard Keene and Mary his wife att the time of the Ensealing and Delivery of these presents are and stand Seized of the aforesaid severall tracts of Land and premises with their and every of their Appurtenances of a firme good and undefeasable Estate of Inheritance in fee simple and that they have full power good Right and Lawfull Authority to grant Bargaine and sell the same to the said Henry Lowe and his heirs and that the aforesaid Mortgages Land and Premises with their Appurtenances are free and clear of and from all and all manner of former Guifts grants |
