373) 382 All that neck of Land lyeing and being in Patomack and neer over against Herne Island and bounding on the South with the Patomack River on the west with S.t Clements Bay on the East with a great Bay called Brettons Bay and on the North with a line drawne crosse the woods from S.t Clements bay unto the head of a little Creek in Brettons Bay called S.t Nicholas Creek where there went the hedge of William Bretton gent conteyning by estimation seaven hundred and Fifty acres be the same more or lesse And alsoe all that parcell of Land called Brittons Outlett lyeing in Brittons Bay and bounded on the East with the said Bay on the west with S.t Clements Bay on the north with a line drawne from ^a^ the Creek in Brettons Bay aforesaid called S.t Williams Creek west unto S.t Clements Bay on the South with the Frehold of the said William Bretton containing by estimation one hundred acres be the same more or lesse All which last mentioned parcell of Lands and premises were late or heretofore in the tenure or occupation of the said William Breton his Assignes or undertenants and lyeing and being in Maryland aforesaid Together with all and Singular houses Edifices buildings barnes Stables yards orchards gardens lands tenements meadows pastures feedings closes incloses grounds demeasne Lands Comons wasts heaths furzes moores marshes waters fishings ponds pooles streames woods underwoods and trees and the ground and Soile of the said woods Comons Comon of pasture hedges hedgerowes wayes paths passages free warrents rents reversions Services Courts Court Leet Court Baron veiw of franckpledge perquisites and proffits of Courts waises estrayes herriotts goods and Chattels of Felons Fugitives and felons of themselves rights royalties priveledges proffits comodities advantages emoluments heriditaments and appurtenances whatsoever to the said Lands Mannors and premises and every or any of them belonging or in any wise apperteyning and all the estate right title Interest claime and demand whatsoever of him the said Henry Warren of in and to the same or any part or parcell thereof And the reversion and reversions remainder & remainders of all and singular the said premises and all yearly and other rents and proffits reserved due and payable upon any demise or lease made of the said premises or of any part thereof To have and To hold the said Mannours or reputed mannours mesuages Lands Tenements heriditaments and all and singular other the premises herein before mentioned and intended to be hereby granted with their and every of their appurtenances unto the said Francis Pennington and John Pennington their Heires and assignes To the only proper use and behoofe of them the said Francis Pennington and John Pennington their heirs and assignes for ever In Witnesse whereof the parties first above named have to these present Indentures Interchangably sett their hands and seales the day and yeare first above written Underneath the aforegoeing Indenture was written as followeth Henry [Loc sigilli] Warren Memorandum |
