             Know all men by these presents That Vincent Lowe of Talbott County in
             the Province of Maryland Esq.r am held and firmly bound to William
             Burgesse of Ann Arrundell County in the Province aforesaid Esq.r in the
             full and Just sume of                                          pounds of good sound
             and every way well Conditioned Merchantable Tobaccoe and Casque
             To be paid to the said William Burgesse or to his Certeine Attorney
             his heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs to which or Assignes to which payment well and truly
             to be made and done I bind my self my heirs Executors and Adm.rs firmly
             by these presents Sealed with my Seale Dated the thirtieth day of Aprill Annoq
             Domi 1686

       The Condition of this present above written Obligation is such That if the above
       bounden Vincent Lowe his Heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs and every of them shall and doe from
       time to time and att all times for ever hereafter well and truly observe performe
       fulfill and keep all and singular the Covenants grants Articles Clauses and Agreem.ts
       mentioned Conteyned and expressed in one Certein Indenture of Bargaine
       and sale or feofment bearing even date with the presents and made betweene
       the above bounden Vincent Lowe of the one part and the aforesaid William
       Burgesse of the other part which on the part and behalfe of the said Vincent
