       This Indenture made the Twentyeth day of March Anno Domi 1674 And
       in the seaven & twentyeth yeare of the Reigne of Our Sovereigne Lord Charles
       the Second by the Grace of God King of England Scotland France & Ireland
       defender of the Faith &c Betweene Robert Story of S.t Johns Streete in
       the County of Midd Merchant of the one part Whereas the said
       Robert Story by his Indenture bearing Date the day before the date of
       these p.rsents hath bargained sold demised & to farme letten unto the said
       Samuell Groome the particulars here under Mentioned Granted Conveyed &
       released with the appurtennces thereof To have & to hold the same unto
       the said Samuell Groome his Exec.rs Adm.rs and Assignes from the Five
       & twentyeth day of December last past before the date of the said
       Indenture unto for & Dureing the full End & Terme of one whole yeare
       from thence next Ensueing & fully to be Compleate & Ended Yeilding &
       paying therefore for & dureing the said Terme of One yeare unto the
       said Robert Story his heires & Assignes the Rent of One popper Corne
       on the Five & Twentyeth day of December next Ensueing the Date of
       the same Indenture (if the Same Should be lawfully demanded) As
       by the same Indenture more att Large appeareth Which Indenture was
       made to the Intent & purpose that the Free hold & Inheritance of
       the said Premisses might be Conveyed to & settled upon the said
       Samuell Groome his heires & Assignes Now this Indenture Witnesseth
       That the said Robert Story for & in Consideration of the Sume of Twenty
       Pounds of lawfull money of England to him in hand before the Ensealing &
       delivery of these Presents truly paid by the Said Samuell Groome The
       Receipt whereof the said Robert Story doth hereby Acknowledge & thereof
       and of Every part thereof doth clearly acquitt Exonerate & discharge the
       said Samuell Groome his heires Exec.rs & Adm.rs & Every of them for
       Ever by these p.rsents Hath Granted Bargained Sold Aliened released
       & Confirmed & by these p.rsents doth fully Clearly & Absolutely Grant
       bargaine sell aliene release & Confirme unto the said Samuell Groome
       his heires & Assignes for Ever All those Severall peeces or parcells of
       Land or pasture Ground with theire appurtennces Conteineing together by Estimacon
       Four hundred & Fifty Acres be the same more or lesse Now or late in
       the tenure or occupacon of Thomas Skellington & Called or Knowne by the
       name of Dover Scituate Lyeing & being in Choptanke in the Province of
       Maryland in America which said Lands hereby Bargained and Sold or menconed
       to be bargained and sold were lately purchased by the said Robert Story to him
       & his heires for Ever of and from John Edmondson of Maryland aforesaid
       Merchant by Two severall Deeds or Conveyances & by two Severall parcells
       the one Conveyance being for three hundred Acres or thereabouts & the
       other Conveyance for One hundred & fifty Acres or thereabouts And all
       houses Edefices & buildings Erected upon the said Lands or upon any part
       thereof And all wayes Easements watercourses woods underwoods profitts
       Comodityes & appurtennces whatsoever to the said Several peeces or parcells of
       Land belonging or in any wise apperteineing And the revercon & revercons
       remainder & remainders rents issues and profitts of all & Singular the afore
       bargained premisses & of Every part thereof And all the Estate Right Title
       interest property possession inheritance Clayme & Demand whatsoever of him the
       said Robert Story of in & to the afore Bargained premisses or any of them or
       any part thereof Together with all Deeds & writeings touching & Concerning the
       afore Bargained premisses only or only any part thereof To have & to hold the
       said Severall peeces or parcells of land or pasture Ground & all and Singular
       other the premisses with the appurtennces above by these p.rsents Granted
       Bargained Sold Aliened released & Confirmed & Every part thereof unto
       the Said Samuell Groome his heires & Assignes for Ever
