361 (352 him the said Nichols and alsoe in Consideration of Two hundred and Fifty Acres of Land to be by the said Nicholas Sewall sold and setled on the said Francis party to these p.rsents heires for ever and other Considerations him the said Francis the sonne thereunto moving Hath remised released and for ever quit claimed And by these p.rsents for himself and his heires doth fully clearly and absolutly remise release and for ever quit claim unto the said Nicholas Sewall his heires and Assignes for ever in his full and peaceable possession and seizin all such right estate Title Intrest and demand whatsoever as he the said Francis Anketill the sonn had or ought to have of in or to the said plantation Tenem.t and Land therunto belonging called Anketills above perticularly mentioned or of in or to any part or parcell thereof by any wayes or meanes whatsoever To have and to hold the same with the Apprtnces & ev.ry pt or pcell therof and all deeds and writings touching and concerning the same to him the said Nicholas Sewall his heires & Assignes to the only use of the said Nicholas Sewall his heires and Assignes for ever soe that neither he the said Francis Anketell the sonne nor his heires nor any other person or persons for him or them or in his or their names or in the name right or stead of them or any of them shall or will by any wayes or meanes hereafter have claime challenge or demand any estate right Title or intrest of in or to the p.rmises or any part or parcell thereof But from all and every accon right estate Title Intrest and demand of in or to the p.rmises or any p.rsents and also the said Francis Anketell the Count and ^his^ heires the said Plantation Tentm.t Land & p.rmises aforesaid called Anketells with the Apprtnces to the said Nicholas Sewall his heires & Assignes to his and their own proper use and uses in manner and form aforespecified against their heires and Assignes and every of them shall warrant and for ever defend by these p.rsents In testimony whereof the said Francis Anketell the sonne hath hereunto sett his hand and seal the day and yeare first above written Signed Sealed and Deld in p.rsence of us Rob.t Doyne Francis Ancketill (sigil) Joshua Doyne November y.e 27.th 1685 Came the mentioned Francis Anketill before us William Digges & Edward Pye two of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court and acknowledged the above instrum.t to be his act and deed for the uses within mentioned according to an act of Assembly in that case made and provided W.m Digges Recorded the Tenth day of March Annoq Dm Edward Pye 1685 P Tho Grunwin Clk This Indenture made the Fourteenth day of August In the Ninth Yeare of the Dominion of Charles absolute Lord and Proprietary of the Provinces of Maryland and Avalon Lord Baron of Baltemore &c Annoq Dm 1684 Between Thomas Keyting of S.t Maryes County in the Provence of Maryland Gent on the one part And Thomas Grunwin of the same County Gent on the other part Witnesseth That for and in Consideration of the sum of Thirty Thousand pounds of good sound merchantable Tobacco and Caske to the said Thomas Keyting in hand paid att and before the ensealing hereof by the said Thomas Grunwin The receipt whereof he the said Thomas Keyting doth hereby acknowledge accordingly and himself to be thereof and therewith fully satisfied And Thereof and of every part therof doth clearly acquit Exonerate and dicharge the said Thomas Grunwin his heires Ex.rs & Admistra.rs and of every of them by these p.rsents He the said Thomas Keyting Hath granted bargained sold aliened enfeoffed and confirmed by these p.rsents doth fully clearly and absolutly Grant bargain sell alien enfeoffe and confirm |
