345) 354 This Ind.r made the Foure and twentieth day of June In the yeare of our Lord Christ one thousand Six hundred Eighty foure And in the six & thirtieth yeare of the raigne of our soveraigne Lord Charles the second by the grace of God of England Scotland France and Ireland king defender of the faith &c Betweene Richard Pery of London heretofore of patuxent River in the province of Maryland in America merchant of the one part And Thomas Plowden one of the sonnes of Thomas Plowden of Lasham in the County of Southampton Esq.r and George Lasham in the aforesaid Gent of the other part Witnesseth That for & in Consideracon of the sume of one hundred twenty Nine pounds of lawfull money of England to him the said Richard Pery in hand by the said Thomas Plowden party to these presents and George Plowden The receipt whereof he the said Richard Pery doth hereby acknowledge and thereof and of every part thereof doth acquit release and discharge the said Thomas Plowden and George Plowden their executors & administrators by these presents he the said Richard Pery hath grannted bargained sold aliened Enfeoffed and confirmed And by these presents doth grannt bargaine sell alien Enfeoffe and confirme unto the said Thomas Plowden party to these presents George Plowden All that & those the farme plantacon or tract of land with the appurtennces Commonly called or knowne by the name of Pery wood scituate Lying and being in or neare the westerne branch of or the Maine branch ^deviding the Creeke^ of Patuxent River aforesaid in Calvert County in the said province of Maryland in America Conteyning by Estimacon Eight hundred acres or thereabouts (be the same more or lesse) And all plantacons Messuages houses ediffices buildings store houses Tobacco houses barnes stables out houses orchards Gardens lands tenem.ts and hereditaments whatsoever to the said farme plantacon or tract of land belonging or apperteyning or accepted ^or^ reputed as part parcell or member thereof or appertenant thereunto And also all that & those farme plantacon or tract of land with the appurtennces comonly called or knowne by the name of Thorpe land lying neare to the aforesaid farme plantacon or tract of land called Perywood said to be lying & being or to some part or parcell thereof & in or neare the westerne branch or the maine branch deviding the Creeke of Patuxent River aforesaid in the province of Maryland aforesaid conteyning by Estimacon Nine hundred acres of land or thereabouts (be the same more or lesse) And all plantacons messuages houses ediffices buildings storehouses Tobacco houses barnes stables outhouses orchards gardens lands tenements and hereditaments whatsoever to the ^s.d^ last menconed farme plantacon or tract of land belonging or apperteyning or accepted or reputed as part parcell or member thereof or appertennant thereunto And also all & every the Catle stock merchandize household stuffe goods Chattells Implements and personall Estate whatsoever to the said farmes plantacons or tracts of land and premisses hereby bargained or intended to be hereby bargained belonging or apperteyning or accepted reputed deemed or taken to be belonging thereunto or therewith or with any part thereof usually occupied or Enjoyed And the Revercon and Revercons Remainder and remainders rents issues and proffitts of all & singuler the hereby bargained premisses and of every part & parcell thereof And also all the estate right title interest use possession trust clayme and demannd whatsoever of him the said Richard Pery of into upon or out of the premisses any part or parcell thereof And all deeds Evidences and writings of him the said Edwar Richard Pery or which he came or may come by without suite in law touching or concerning the premisses onely or onely any part or parcell thereof To have & to hold one moytie or halfe part of the said farmes plantacons or tracts of land messuages tenements or buildings and other the reall premisses here before menconed or intended to be hereby bargained & sold with the appurtennces unto the said Thomas Plowden his heires & assignes to the use & behoofe of the said Thomas Plowden & of his heires & assignes for ever And to have & to hold |
