355 (346 other moytie or halfe part of the said farmes plantacons Messuages lands tenem.ts hereditaments and premisses unto the said George Plowden his heires & assignes for ever To the use and behoofe of the said George Plowden and of his heires & assignes for ever And to have & to hold one moytie or halfe part of all & every the said Catle stock goods Chattells and personall Estate unto the said Thomas Plowden his executors adm.rs & assignes as his and their owne proper goods and chattells absolutely for ever And also to have & to hold the other moytie or halfe part of all & every the said Catle stock goods Chells and personall Estate unto the said George Plowden his Executors adm.rs and assignes as his & their owne proper goods absolutely for ever And the said Richard Pery for him his heires executors & adm.rs doth covenant & agree to & with the said Thomas Plowden and George Plowden and either of them their and either of their heires ex.rs ^or^ adm.rs by these presents That he the said Richard Pery hath not made done comitted or wittingly or willingly suffered any act matter or thing whatsoever whereby or by meanes whereof the hereby bargained premisses or any of them or any part or parcell thereof is are shall or may be charged Impeached or Encumbred in the charge Estate or otherwise howsoever And that he the said Richard Pery (for & notwithstanding any act matter or thing by him done or suffered to the Contrary) now hath in himselfe good right full power and lawfull & absolute authority to grannt bargaine & sell the s.d farmes plantacons tracts of land tenements hereditaments goods Chattells and all and every the premisses herein before menconed & intended to be hereby bargained and sold in manner & forme aforesaid And also that it shall & may be lawfull to & for the said Thomas Plowden and George Plowden their heires executors administrators & assignes respectively from time to time and at all times hereafter peaceably and quietly to have hold occupy possesse and Enjoy the said farmes plantacons Messuages lands tenements hereditaments goods Chattells & premisses aswell reall as personall and every part & parcell thereof and the rents and pfitts thereof to have and take to and his and their respective use & uses according to the true intent & meaning of these presents without any lawfull let suite trouble hindrance molestacon or eviccon of or by the said Richard Perry his heires or assignes or any person or persons lawfully having or clayming or to have ot clayme by for from or under him them or any of them And that free and cleare and freely and clearly acquitted exonerated and discharged of & from all & all manner of former & other guifts grannts bargaines sales leases Estates joyntures dowers uses wills Entailes titles troubles charges and Encumbrances whatsoever had made comited done or suffered or to be had made comitted done or suffered by the said Richard Pery his heires or assignes or any other person or persons lawfully having or clayming or to have or clayme by from or under him them or any or either of them And further That he the said Richard Pery his heires executors & adm.rs & all & every other person & persons whatsoever lawfully having or clayming or to have or clayme by from for or under him them or any of them shall & will from time to time & at all times hereafter within the space of Tenne yeares now next Ensuing upon the reasonable request and at the costs & charges in the law of the said Thomas Plowden & George Plowden their heires Executors and assignes or some of them make doe acknowledge suffer & Execute All & every such further and other lawfull & reasonable Act & Acts thing & things device or devices Conveyances & assureances in the law whatsoever for the further better or other conveying setling or assureing the said farmes plantacons messuages lands tenements hereditaments & premisses hereby bargained and sold or menconed or intended to be hereby bargained & sold and every part & parcell thereof in manner aforesaid according to the true intent & meaning of these presents as in that behalfe shall be reasonably devised or advised & required soe as now such further Act device or assureance conteyne or imply any larger Covenant or warranty then herein are conteyned And soe as noe such person or persons who shall be required to make doe or suffer any such furth.r act device or assureance be hereby Compelled or Compellable for the making doeing or suffering the same to travell or goe further then to the Cityes of London |
