       And to his owne use without any meanes Condition reversion remainder or limitation of any use or uses
       Estate or Estates in or to any pson or psons whatsoever to alter Change or defeate determine nor make
       Void the same And that the said John Walley at the time of the sealing and Delivery hereof hath full power
       good wright and lawfull Authority to grant bargaine and sell Convey and assure the same with all and
       singular the before hereby granted or mentioned to be granted premisses with their and Every of their
       appurtenances unto him y.e s.d Michaell Judd his heirs and assignes in manner and forme afores.d and that y.e s.d
       Michaell Judd his heirs & assignes and any of them shall and may before and vertue of these presents from
       time to time and at all times hereafter peaceably and quietly have hold occupey possess & Enjoy all and singular
       The aforesaid bargained premisses with their appurtenances to his and their proper use and behoofe for Ever
       without any lett sute trouble or Charge whatsoever of or by the said John Walley his heirs or assignes
       or any of them or under him them or any of them or by him or by his Meanes not Consent prively or
       procurement and that free and Cleere and freely and Cleerly acquitted and discharge or otherwise from
       Time to time well and suffitiently served and kept harmless by the s.d Jn.o Valley his heirs Execut.rs & adm.rs
       of and from all Manner of former gifts grants bargained sales & Incumbrances leases Morgages Joyntures
       Extents Judgm.ts Executions forfeitures fines Issues & Amercm.ts and of and from all and singular other Titles
       Trouble Charges demands and Incombrances whatsoever had made Comitted or done by the s.d John Walley
       his heirs or assignes or any other person or persons whatsoever lawfull Claimeing by from him them or
       any of them or by from or under his or their meanes Consent prively or procurem.t the Rents and services
       from hence forth to grow due and payab Unto the Cheife lord or lords and the Fees thereof onely Excepted
       and foreprized and the said John Walley doth for himselfe his heirs Executo.rs and Adm.rs Covenant and grant
       To and with the said Michaell Judd his heirs and assignes and Every of them by these presents that he the said
       John Walley and all and Every of them and other person or persons whatsoever lawfully Claimeing to have
       or which hereafter shall or may have or Clayme or right pretend to have any Estate right Title or Intrest
       unto or out of the premisses or any part or parcell heereof by from or under him the said John Walley his
       heirs or assignes shall and will from time to time and at all times hereafter dureing the space of seven
       years next following the date heereof at y.e resonable request Cost and Charges in the law of the said
       Michaell Judd his heirs or assignes doe make acknowledge levy Execute and suffer or Cause to be made
       Don levyed acknowledged Executed and suffred all and Every such further lawfull & reasonable Act or
       Acts Assurement and Assurances as in the law whatsoever for the further assureing surety sure makeing &
       Conveying of all the s.d granted premisses unto the s.d Michaell Judd his heirs and assignes or their Counsell
       learned in the law in that behalfe shall resonabley devised or advised and that all such further assurances
       To be made as afores.d of the s.d grant premisses meant & intended to be and shall be to the only Use
       and behoofe of the s.d Michaell Judd his heirs and assignes for Ever & to noe other Use Intent or purpose whatsoever
       in Witness whereof the s.d Jn.o Walley hath heereunto sett his hand and seale the day & yeare first
