       To the said Gilbert Clark and his heirs & that she will for Ever Warrant & defend the same
       to the s.d Gilbert Clark his heirs ag.t all psons whatsoever and that y.e s.d land & premisses are free
       and Cleere of all manner of Incumbrances whatsoever the rights and services due & payab to
       the s.d Lord prop.ry and his heirs lords of y.e fee of the premisses onely Excepted & forepraised
       And the s.d Rebecca Dayly doth further for her selfe heirs Execut.rs and Adm.rs Covenant
       promise & agree to and with y.e said Gilbert Clark his Execut.rs and Assignes and Every of
       them by these presents at any time within the Seven Yeares next Comeing at y.e reasonable
       request at y.e Cost and Charges in y.e law of him y.e said Gilbert Clark his heirs & Assignes
       to doe acknowledge make and Execute any other lawfull Conveyance or Conveyances assurance
       or assurances in the law whether it be by fine and recovery or Enrollment of these presents
       or otherwise whatsoever as by y.e Councill of him y.e s.d Gilbert Clark leavied in y.e law
       shall be reasonably devised advised or required in Witness whereof the parties Abovementioned
       have hereunto Interchangeably sett their hands and seales y.e day & yeare above Mentioned
       seigned sealed & delivered in the presence of                                    Rebecca Dayly
       James Yeore   Thomas Keyting

       This Indenture made the first day of Aprill in the Tenth yeare of the Right hono.ble
       Charles Absolute lord and proprietary of the province of Maryland and Avalon lord Baron of Baltemore &c
       In the yeare of our lord God one thousand six hundred and Eighty and five Betweene John Wally of Baltemore
       County in the province of Maryland planter Witnesseth that the said John Wally for and in Consideration of the
       sume of three thousand pounds of Tobacco in Cask to him in hand by Michaell Judd well and truly paid before
       the sealeing and Delivery heereof and wherewith the said John Wally doth acknowledge himselfe fully satisfied
       Contented and paid and thereof and of Every parcell thereof doth Clearly acquit and discharge the said Michaell
       Judd his heirs Execut.rs and Adm.rs by these presents hath granted bargained and sould and by these presents doth
       fully Clearly and Absolutely grant bargaine sell Alien in feoffe and Confirme unto the said Michaell Judd his
       heirs and Assignes all that parcell of land Call and knowin by the name of Wallys Chance leying and being
       On the southwest side att the head of Wiccomoco Creeke begining at a marked Pine standing by a branch side
       from thence runing East south East the breadth of one hundred and fifty Pole to a markt oake and from thence
       Runing South South East the lenght of three hundred sixty five perches to a markt Pine and from thence
       Runing West Northwest the breadth of one hundred and fifty perches to a markt Oake with a line drawin North
       North East to the first bounder laid out for three hundred Acres more or less which lands was takein up by his
       father and lost to him as being sold heir and now in the possession of the said John Walley to to have & to hold y.e
       said three hundred acres of land unto him the said Michaell Judd his heirs and Assignes for Ever Togeather
       with all houses & buildings thereupon build and the reversion and reversions remainder & remainders of all &
       singular y.e s.d granted aliened infeoffed and Confirmed premisses And alsoe all the Estate right Title property
       Intrest Clayme and Demannd whatsoever of him & he the said John Walley of in & to the same & of
       In & to Every part and parcell thereof and alsoe all woods Underwoods and Trees Now growing standing
       or being upon the premisses or any part or parcell thereof And the said John Walley heir to this Estate
       doth from himselfe his heirs & assignes Covenant & grant to and with the s.d Michaell Judd his
       heirs and assignes and Every of them by these presents in Manner and forme following that is to say
       that the said John Walley for and notwithstanding in Act or thing by him or by his means Consent
       privety or p Cureing had made Comitted or donn or willingly suffred to the Contrary now & at y.e time
       of the Ensealing and Delivery heereof standeth & is Now is solely and onely rightfully seized of all
       the premisses of a good and Absolute and pfect Estate to him and his heirs for Ever in his one wright
