       to be hereby bargained premises with their & every of their appurtenances & every part & parcell
       thereof & all & singular the estate right title Intrest use possession rent property Inheritance Clayme
       & demand whatsoever of him the said Robert Masson of in or to the before mentioned to be bargained
       premises with their & every of their Appurtenances or any part thereof together also with all deeds
       writings pattents evidences Chirographies of fynes exemplifications of recoveries degrees boundaries
       & minuments whatsoever touching or Concerning the said premisses or any part or parcell thereof
       to have and to hold the said parcell or tract of Land Messuages Tenements dwelling houses
       yards barnes stables outhouses ediffices buildings tobacco houses backsides gardens orchards & all &
       singular other the premisses before mentioned or Intended to be hereby given granted alliened
       bargained sold enfeoffed & Confirmed with their & every of their Appurtenances & every part &
       parcell thereof unto the said John Baker his heires & assignes for ever To & for the only proper
       use & behoofe of him the said John Baker his heires & Assignes for ever and the said Robert Masson
       for himself his heires Executo.rs Adm.rs & Assignes & for ever of them doth Covenant promise & grant
       to & with the said John Baker his heires Executo.rs Adm.rs & Assignes & to & with every of them
       by these presents that he the said Robert Masson his heires Executo.rs & Adm.rs all & singular the
       before mentioned to be hereby bargained premisses with their & every of their Appurtenances
       & every part & parcell of them unto the said John Baker his heires & assignes to & for his & their
       owne proper use & behoofe as aforesaid from & against him the said Robert Masson his heires
       Executo.rs Adm.rs & assignes And from & against the said William Guyther his heires Executo.rs Adm.rs &
       assignes or any of them & from & against all & every other person or persons Lawfully claiming
       or to Clayme by from or under him the said Robert Masson or by from or under any of the Ancestors
       or relations of the said William Guyther or their or any of their Act or estate shall & will warrant
       & for ever defend by these presents and also the said Robert Masson for himself his heires
       Executo.rs & Adm.rs Doth Covenant promise & grant to & with the said John Baker his heires & Assignes
       by these presents in manner & forme following that is to say That he the said Robert Mason the day
       of the date hereof & att the ensealing and delivery of these presents is & standeth & so untill
       the first Execution of an Estate of & in all & singular the premisses unto the said John Baker
       & his heires according to the Intent & true meaning of these presents shall stand & be Lawfully
       & rightfully seized in his demeasne as of fee of & in all & singular the aforementioned to be
       hereby bargained premisses with the Appurtenances & of every part & parcell thereof of a good
       sure perfect Lawfull & Indefeazable Estate in the Law in fee simple to the sole use of him & his
       heires without any maner of Condition Intayle Mortgage Limittation of use or uses or other
       matter or thing to alter Change Charge defeat Incumber make void or determine the said
       estate and That he the said Robert Masson now hath in himself & to until the first execution
       of an Estate of all & singular the premisses with their & every of their Appurtenances & every
       part & parcell thereof unto the said John Baker his heires & Assignes for ever according to the
       true Intent & meaning of these presents and that he the said John Baker his heires & Assignes
       shall & may from henceforth att all times hereafter for ever Lawfully peaceably & quietly have
       hold use occupye possesses & Inioy all & singular the said parcell or Tract of Land Messuages
       Tenements dwelling houses barnes stables outhouses ediffices buildings tobacco houses backsides
       gardens Orchards & all & singular other the premisses before mentioned or Intended to be hereby
       given granted Alliened bargained sold enfeoffed & Confirmed with their & every of their Appurtenances
       & every part & parcell thereof And also have receave take & enioy to & for his & their own pper
       use & behoofe All & every the rents Issues & proffitts which from henceforth shall Come arise grow
       due & payable for or in respect of the said premisses or any part thereof according to the true
       meaning of these presents Without any maner of Lett suit trouble Interruption eviction recoverie
       deniall or hindrance whatsoever of or by the said Masson his heires Executo.rs Adm.rs or
       Assignes or of or by the said William Guyther his hewires Executo.rs Adm.rs or Assignes or any of them or
       of or by any other person or persons whatsoever Lawfully Claiming or to Claime by from or under
       him the said Robert Masson and William Guyther or any of them or by from or under any of the
       Ancestors or Relations of the said William Guyther or their or any of their act or Estate And that
       free cleer & Cleerly acquitted discharged & saved harmlesse & kept Indempnified of & from all & singular
       former & other Bargaines sales guifts grants Leases Joyntures Dowers uses wills fynes Issues Inteyles
