244) 254 Lords of the Fee or fees with Royall Mines onely excepted and foreprized And also that he the said George Yate hath full power good right and lawfull authority To give grant bargaine sell aliene enfeoffe & confirme the same & every part & parcell thereof with the appurtences unto him the said Henry Brent his heires & Assignes in manner and forme as in and by these p.rsents us before menconed and expressed And the said George Yate for himself his heires Exec.rs & Adm.rs and every of them by these p.rsents to and with the said Henry Brent his heires & Assignes and every of them the lands & p.rmisses together w.th the appurtences and every part and parcell thereof hereby bargained or granted or hereby menconed or intended to be bargained and granted shall and may from henceforth forth forever Have hold use occupy possess and enjoy Without the lawfull lett suite trouble molestacon interrupcon deniall hindrance or disturbance whatsoever of him the said George Yate his heires or Assignes Or by any other person or psons whatsoever But the said lands & p.rmisses and all and singuler the appurtences against himselfe and his heires And all other person or persons whatsoever Will warrant and for ever defend by these p.rsents And Moreover the said George Yate for himselfe his heires Executo.rs and Adm.rs and every of them doth Covent promise and grant to and with the said Henry Brent his heires and Assignes and every of them by these p.rsents That he the said George Yate his heires Executo.rs and Adm.rs shall and will att any time or tymes within the space of Tenn yeares after the date of these p.rsents att the reasonable request Costs and charges in the law of the said Henry Brent his heires or Assignes doe make acknowledge and suffer or cause to be made done acknowledged or suffered all and every such further or other act and Acts thing and things device and devices Assureance and Assureances in the law whatsoever of the said hereby bargained and granted Lands and all and singuler the p.rmisses with the appurtences and every part and parcell thereof to the said Henry Brent his heires and Assignes as by his or their Councel learned in the law shall reasonably bee Advised Devised or required And lastly it is mutually agreed and fully concluded by and between both the said partys to these p.rsents that all and every such further and other assurance or Assurances of the lands p.rmisses aforesaid to be made as aforesaid shall be and Enure and it is hereby construed meant and intended to be and enure to and for the only proper use benefitt and behoofe of the said Henry Brent his heires and Assignes and to none other intent use or purpose whatsoever In witness whereof the partys first above named to these p.rsents their hands and seales Interchangeably have sent an putt the day and yeare first above Written Geo Yate (sealed) Signed sealed & delivered in the p.rsence of Tho Tailler W.m Burges |
