George Yate his heires and Assignes for ever under such rents Covents Condicons limitacons and excepcons as in & by the said recified deed of grant or patent (relacon being thereunto had more at large it doth & may appear Now this Indenture witnesseth that the said George yate first above named party to these p.rsents of the above menconed Eight hundred Acres of land being lawfully seized and possessed as aforesaid For & in Consideracon of the full and iust sume of Eight thousand Four hundred and seaventy pound of good sound merchantable leafe Tobacco in Casq.r to him in hand payd by the above named Henry Brent the said party to these p.rsents att and before the ensealing hereof the receipt whereof the said George Yate Doth hereby acknowledge and there with to be fully satisfied and payd And thereof and every part and parcell thereof the said Henry Brent his heires Executo.rs & Adm.rs Doe acquitt exonerate and for ever discharge but these p.rsents Have given granted bargained sold aliened enfeoffed and confirmed and by these p.rsents Doth for himself & his heires fully clearly and absolutely give grant bargaine sell alien infeoffe and confirme unto the said Henry Brent his heires and Assignes for ever a Certaine part or parcell of the above menconed Eight hundred Acres of land called y.e Rich Levell lyeing in Baltemore County aforesaid butting and bounding as followeth viz.t Begining att a Bounded Oake standing in the North North west line of the said Divident or parcell of Eight hundred Acres of land and runing North North west Two hundred & seaventy perches then east three hundred and ninety perches to the land of the aforesaid Henry Ward Gent called Mountserrado then south South east Two hundred and seventy perches then west to the first menconed bounder contayning six hundred Acres more or lesse To have and to hold the same and every part and parcell thereof unto him the said Henry Brent his heires and Assignes To the only proper use and behoofe of him the said Henry Brent his heires and Assignes forever without the lawfull lett suite trouble molestacon denyall eviccon ejeccon disturbance or hindrance whatsoever of him the said Georg Yate his heires or Assignes or any other pson or persons whatsoever Together with all rights profitts and benefitts to the same belonging or in anywise appertaineing (Royall Mines excepted) And also the timber and timber trees woods underwoods wayes passages easements Comoditys hereditam.ts and appurtences whatsoever Together w.th all the estate right title interest use possession property inheritance claime and demand whatsoever of him the said George Yate and his heires of in or to the same or any part or parcell thereof And also all and every the writeings Deeds Patents escripts and minim.ts to the same belonging And the said George Yate for himselfe his heires Executo.rs and Adm.rs and for every of them Doth Covenant promise and grant to and with the said Henry Brent his heires and Assignes and every of them by these p.rsents That he the said George Yate now att the time of the ensealing & delivery of them by these p.rsents of the Lands and p.rmisses hereby bargained & granted or menconed or intended to be hereby bargained and granted and every part & parcell thereof is and standeth seized of a good sure perfect firme title and estate of Inheritance in Fee simple free and cleer of all incumbrances whatsoever (The rents and services for the same from this true forward to become due & payable to the cheife Lord or (Lords |
