(234) 244 land called White Marsh is lyeing in Talbott County on the North side of Choptanck River att the head of a Creeke called Kings Creeke begining att a marked Red oake & runing for breadth North west five hundred perches to a markd Pokikory & w.th a line drawne from the said Pokickory North East three hundred and twenty perches with a line drawne from the end of the North East line South East five hundred perches and with a line drawne from the end of the South East line South West Three hundred and twenty perches to the first bounded tree Containing & now layd out for One thousand Acres more or lesse Togeather with all rights profitts advantages Comoditys & appurtences to the same belonging & all Deeds Patents and writeings touching & Concerning the same and every part and parcell thereof To have and to hold the same parcell of land and every the appurtences thereunto belonging before by these p.rsents bargained and sould or meant menconed or intended to be hereby granted bargained & sold & every part and parcell thereof unto the said John Pitt his heires & Assignes to the onely use & behoofe of the said John Pitt his heires and Assignes for Ever And the said Philip Calvert and Jane his wife for themselves their heires Executo.rs and Adm.rs & for every of them doe Covenant promise and grant to & with the said John Pitt his heires Exec.rs Adm.rs & Assignes & to and with every of them by these p.rsents in manner and forme following (that is to say) that the said Philip Calvert & Jane his wife att the time of the ensealing hereof are and untill the first Execucon of any Estate to the said John Pitt his heires and Assignes by force of these p.rsents shall stand & be lawfully seized to them their heires & Assignes of & in the before bargained p.rmisses and of and in every part and parcell thereof of a good sure lawfull absolute & indefeazeable Estate of Inheritance in Fee Simple w.thout any Condicon limitacon use or other thing to determine alter a change the same And alsoe that the said Philip Calvert & Jane his wife now have full power good right & lawfull authority to grant alien bargaine sell & confirme the before bargained p.rmisses & every part and parcell thereof to him the said John Pitts his heires or Assignes in manner and forme aforesaid according to the true intent and meaning of these p.rsents And the said Philip Calvert & Jane his wife doe for themselves their heires Executo.rs & Adm.rs & every of them further Covenant promise & grant to and with the said John Pitt his heires Executo.rs & Assignes by these p.rsents That the said parcell of land & other the p.rmisses before by these p.rsents bargained & sold and every part and parcell thereof on the day of the date hereof & from time to time & att all times hereafter for Ever shalbe remaine & confirme to the said John Pitt his heires & Assignes to the only proper use & behoofe of him the said John Pitt his heires & Assignes for Ever free & cleer & freely & cleerly acquitted exonerated and discharged or otherwise by the said Philip Calvert & Jane his wife their heires & Assignes sufficiently saved & kept harmlesse of and from all & all manner of former bargaines sales Joyntures Dowers leases annuitys Rents Rent charges Statutes Recognizances Judgem.ts Execucons charges Titles and Incumbrances whatsoever had made Comitted done or suffered by the said Philip Calvert & Jane his wife or either of them their heires or Assignes whatsoever And also that he the said John Pitt his heires & Assignes shall or may from hence forth for Ever peaceably & quietly have hold use occupy & enjoy the S.d lands & p.rmisses before menconed to be bargained & Sold & every part thereof without the lett or interrupcon of the said Philip Calvert & Jane his wife the |
