221 (212 and the true intent and meaning hereof is and the said parties to these p.rsents for themselves their heires Executo.rs and Administrato.rs Doe Covenant promise and grant each to the other in manner and ^forme^ following That is to say that the said James Neale Jun.r the son of the Said James Neale Sen.r shall have hold use occupy possess and Enjoy to the use of him the Said James Neale Jun.r and his heires and Assignes for Ever all that the aforesaid parcell of land Called S.t James's Containing and laid out for seaven hundred Acres more or less, and also all that the before menconed parcell of land Called Gills land containing and laid out for Twelve hundred and Twenty Acres more or lesse and also All that the aforemenconed parcell of land called S.t Anthonys Containing and laid out for Three hundred and Fifty Acres more or lesse and also all that the aforemenconed parcell of land called S.t Dorothys Containing and laid out for six hundred and thirty Acres more or lesse And alsoe all that part of the aforemenconed parcell of land called Wooleston Manno.r from the South Eastermost part of the Ware Creeke to the Narrow of his Nenck of the same Manno.r between the Two Marishes att the heads of S.t James's & S.t Raphiells Creeke With all houses outhouses Ediffices buildings Gardens Stables Orchards woods Underwoods and Timber trees and all and singular the p.rmisses and other appurtenances to the same parcells of land belonging or in any wise appertaining Together w.th the third part of all the horses Mares Cattle hoggs and Sheepe that the said James Neale Sen.r now is possessed of or att the time of the death of him the said James Neale Sen.r shalbee possessed of Reserving to him the said James Neale Sen.r Dureing his life and to her the said Ann Neale the Wife of the said James Neale sold during her life All that the Plantacon whereof hee the said James Neale Sen.r now dwelleth With all houses Edifices buildings and other the appurtnences thereunto belonging And that the said James Neale Sen.r and Ann his wife shall & will att the request and att the Costs and charges of the said James Neale Jun.r work seale Execute deliver and acknowledge to him the said James Neale Jun.r and his heires and Assignes for Ever such further and other Deed or Deeds Conveyance or Conveyances assureance or Assureances in the law whatsoever For the further better and more sure Assureance and Suremakeing and stating the aforemenconed lands and p.rmisses w.th the Appurtences and every part and parcell thereof unto the said James Neale Jun.r and his heires and Assignes for Ever in manner and forme aforesaid as by the said James Neale Jun.r his heires or Assignes or his or their Councell learned in the law shalbe reasonably advised devised or required And that the Said William Calvert Esq.r his heires Executo.rs or Admstrato.rs shall and will att the request of the said James Neale Jun.r well and truely content satisfie and paid unto him the said James Neale Jun.r or his Assignes the sume of Twenty thousand pounds of good sound merchantable Tobacco in Caske Conveniently in Charles County aforesaid and att or before the first day of January w.ch shalbe in the year of our Lord God one thousand six hundred Eighty and Two Six able men Servants or in Consideracon thereof the sume of Eighteen thousand pounds of good Tobacco and Caske to Containe the same att the choice of him the said William Calvert and also that he the said William Calvert shall and will att the request of the said James Neale Jun.r Convey and assure to him the said James Neale jun.r and his heires and Assignes for Ever by such Conveyance or Assureance in the law as by the said James Neale jun.r his |
