       his heires or Assignes or his or their Councell learned in the law shalbe reasonably
       advised devised or required the full and iust quantity of six hundred Acres of land
       out of a Tract of land granted by letters Pattent under the great Seale of
       the said Province of Maryland Called Elizabeth Containing Three thousand
       Acres more or lesse lyeing and being att Puscattaway in Charles County aforesaid
       and that if it shall please Almighty God that the said Elizabeth Calvert
       shall survive or out live the said James Neale Jun.r that the said Elizabeth
       shall have to her owne proper use dureing her Naturall life six hundred
       Acres of land att the choice & Election of her the said Elizabeth out of that
       part of Wooleston Manno.r by the said James Neale sen.r to the said James
       Jun.r made over & assigned as aforesaid And that for and in Consideracon
       of the p.rmisses above menconed the said James Neale Jun.r his heires Executo.rs
       Administrs or Assignes shall and will yearly & every year dureing the
       naturall life of him the said James Neale Sen.r and att or upon the First
       day of January in every respective year well & truely content satisfie and
       pay unto the said James Neale Sen.r and to her the said Anne Neale after
       the decease of the said James Neale sen.r dureing her life (if she survive the
       said James Neale sen.r) the sume of Five thousand pounds of good sound
       merchantable Tobacco & Caske and Tenn barrells of sheld Indian Corne
       upon the said Wooleston Mannor aforesaid In witnesse whereof the
       partys aforesaid to these p.rsents have Interchangeably putt their hands &
       seals the day & year first above written

       Charles Lord Baltemore absolute Lord and Prop.ry of this Province of Maryland &c And
       in the year of our Lord One thousand six hundred Eighty & One Before me Coll.o William
       Chandler sheriffe of Charles County aforesaid By Vertue of a Comission in the nature
       of a writt of Mandamus issued out of his Lopps high Court of Chancery & to me directed
       Comanding mee by the Oaths of twelve good and lawfull men of my bayliwick diligently
       to Enquire what goods & Chattles lands and Tenem.ts George Godfrey of Charles
       County aforesaid (who att a Provinciall Court held att the City of S.t Marys the
