       from the end of the former Line for length five hundred thirty foure perches bounded
       On the East w.th the Creek and a straight Line drawne up the Creeke side from
       the end of the former Line One hundred and Twenty perches untill it intersect
       the parcell from the first bounder Containing foure hundred acres more or Lesse Together
       with all buildings privilidges and appurtenances thereunto belonging w.th all writeings &
       pattents to the same belonging To have & to hold the same parcells of Land unto
       the said Jacob Lockerman his heires and assignes for ever To the onely and proper
       use and behoof of him the said Jacob Lockerman his heires and assignes for ever
       And the said Thomas and Alice for themselves theire heires Executors & Adm.rs
       doe Covenant promise and grant and agree to and w.th the Said Jacob Lockerman
       his heires Executors adm.rs and assignes that they the said Thomas & Alice at
       the time of the ensealeing and delivery hereof of the said Land and p.rmisses &
       of every part thereof stand seized of a good firme sure title and estate of
       Inheritance free and Cleare of all incumbrances Whatsoever (the rents & services
       for the same from this time to become due and payable to the Lord of the Fee
       of the p.rmisses onely excepted And that the said Thomas and Alice have good
       right full power & Lawfull Authority to grant bargaine and sell the same to
       him the said Jacob Lockerman his heires and assignes in manner and forme
       aforesaid and that hee the said Jacob Lockerman his heires and assignes the
       said land and p.rmisses shall and may from henceforth for ever peaceably &
       quietly have hold use occupy possesse and enjoy w.thout the lett Interupcon
       or evicon of them the said Thomas and Alice theire heires Executors & adm.rs
       or of any other pson whatsoever And the said Thomas and Alice for themselves
       theire heires Executo.rs and adm.rs doe Covenant grant and agree to and w.th
       the said Jacob Lockerman his heires and assignes by these p.rsents That they
       the said Thomas and Alice shall at any time within this seaven yeares
       make doe execute and acknowledge such further Acts things or assureances
       in the Law to the said Jacob Lockerman his heires and assignes of the p.rmisses as
       by the said Jacob his heires or assignes or his or theire Councill Learned in the
       Law shall bee reasonably devised advised or required In Witnesse whereof
       the parties first above named have to these p.rsents Interchangeably sett
       theire hands and seales the day and yeare first above Written
Sealed and delivered in p.rsence of                  Thomas Smith  sealed
    John Addison  Nic Painter                           Alice Smith  Sealed

       On the backside of the aforegoeing Deed was thus Written Viz

       Wee doe acknowledge this w.thin before us the Chancell.r and sec.ry of this
       province This tenth day of March 1678/9

       This Indenture made the seaventh day of November 1678 Between
       John Gwyn of Saint Maryes County in the province of Maryland plant.r of the
       one part and Giles Willson of the said place planter on the other part Witnesseth
       That the said John Gwyn for and in Consideracon of nine thousand pounds
       of Tobacco in Caske to him in hand payd before the ensealeing and delivery
       hereof by the said Giles Willson the receipt whereof the said John Gwyn doth
       hereby acknowledge himself fully satisfied and Contented Thereof and of
       every part and parcell thereof doth Clearly acquitt exonerate & discharge
       him the said Giles Wilson his heires Executo.rs and adm.rs assignes and every
       of them by these p.rsents have Given granted bargained sould assigned transferred
       Enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these p.rsents Doe Give grant alien bargaine
       Sell assign Transferr enfeoffe & Confirme unto him the said Giles Wilson his
       heires Executo.rs Adm.rs or assignes for Ever all that part or one Moyety of a
       parcell of Land Called Mile and lyeing in S.t Maryes County and surveyed
