Maryland—National Capital Park and Planning Commission;
the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, the Department of
Natural Resources, and the Department of Transportation
each shall be invited to designate an ex—officio member;
and be it further
RESOLVED, That the Committee established pursuant to
this Resolution shall report to the [[respective]]
General Assembly Delegations of Montgomery and Prince
George's Counties no later than September 1, 1975 on the
status of the Bladensburg Marina and Boat Basin,
including the present condition of the facility, the cost
of maintaining the facility, proposals relating to
possible future use of the facility, recommendations as
to the responsibility for the future use or other
disposition of the facility, and a cost analysis of any
such recommendations; and be it further
RESOLVED, That copies of this Resolution be sent to
the County Executives of Montgomery and Prince George's
Counties, the President of the Montgomery County Council,
the Chairman of the Prince George's County Council [[and]]
, the Chairmen of The Maryland—National Capital Park and
Planning Commission and the Washington Suburban Sanitary
Commission[[.]] the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, the
Department of Natural Resources, and the Department of
Transportation.

A House Joint Resolution concerning
School Food Services
FOR the purpose of requesting that a task force be
established to study the facts concerning the
serving of nonnutritive foods in public schools.
WHEREAS, The goal of the Food Services Section of
the Maryland State Department of Education is to
safeguard the health and well—being of certain Maryland
citizens; and
WHEREAS, Provisions have been made through the
National School Lunch Act of 1946 to serve nutritious
lunches that meet the requirements for a Type A lunch as
