No. 25
(Senate Joint Resolution 46)
A Senate Joint Resolution concerning
Trapping
FOR the purpose of requesting the Maryland Wildlife
Administration to establish a Trapping Advisory
Committee to evaluate and review new methods of
trapping devices.
The General Assembly of Maryland is aware that there
has been much concern voiced by many Maryland citizens as
to the humane aspects of trapping devices presently used
in this State.
Since many Marylanders trap game, this question has
aroused great controversy among both hunters and those
people concerned with wildlife.
