Description of Ward No. Four.

Ward Number Four shall embrace all of that part of
the city bounded as follows: Beginning at the centerline
of Queens Chapel Road and the centerline of Nicholson
Street; thence westerly following the centerline of
Nicholson Street to the centerline of Jamestown Road;
thence southwesterly following the centerline of
Jamestown Road to the centerline of Thirty-first Avenue;
thence northerly following the centerline of Thirty—first
Avenue to the centerline of Lancer Drive; thence westerly
following the centerline of Lancer Drive to the
centerline of Twenty—ninth Avenue; thence northerly
following the centerline of Twenty—ninth Avenue to the
intersection with the centerline of Ager Road; thence
running southwesterly along a line being the prolongated
north right of way of Nicholson Street, as said street is
dedicated on a plat duly recorded in Plat Book BB 15 at
Plat 35 to a point of curve as shown on said plat; thence
continuing along the north line of Nicholson Street along
the arc of a curve deflecting to the left having a radius
of 1180.00 feet an arc distance of 326.04 feet; thence
running with the lines of a 3.4401 acre tract conveyed by
John H. Burton and wife to John H. Burton and Sons, Inc.
in Liber 2015 at Folio 124 and three following courses
and distances;

North 19° 23' 24" West 106.15 feet;
North 20° 27' 30" West 452.50 feet;

North 42° 13' 20" West 124.49 feet to a point on the west
side of Ager Road; thence running across Ager Road

North 42° 13' 20" East 44.53 feet to a point on the
northeasterly side of Ager Road, thence running with the
second line of a conveyance to the Maryland National
Capital Park and Planning Commission by John H. Burton
and wife recorded in Liber 1839 at Folio 239, North 42°
13' 20" East 386.43 feet; thence running with four lines
of a 23.8213 acre tract conveyed by John H. Burton and
wife to the Maryland National Capital Park and Planning
Commission in Liber 1108 at Folio 404 four following
courses and distances:

South 59° 36' 20" East 448.67 feet;
South 88° 15' 45" East 351.94 feet;
North 57° 04' 40" East 205.78 feet;

North 09° 08' 50" East 528.39 feet; thence running with
