HYATTSVILLE

is prolonged in a southerly direction, thence running
with said side of Belcrest Road and said prolongation
thereof, (8) North 03 degrees 32 minutes 26 seconds East
1745.00 feet to a point, thence running northwesterly
along the city boundary of Hyattsville through Parcel A
to the southerly boundary of the Board of Education being
contiguous with the boundary of Hyattsville to a point
and, thence northwesterly following the city boundary of
Hyattsville to Dean Drive; thence following Dean Drive in
a northeasterly direction following the city boundary of
Hyattsville to the rear of Lot 1, Block C on Calverton
Drive; thence following around the subdivision in which
Calverton Drive, Bridle Path Lane, Pony Trail Lane are
included to the centerline of Rosemary Lane; thence
easterly with the centerline of Rosemary Lane following
the city boundary of Hyattsville to the northeast corner
of Lot 1, Block A, on Pony Trail Lane to the city
boundary of Hyattsville; thence southerly following the
city boundary of Hyattsville to the northwesterly corner
of Lot 10, Block A, Rosemary Terrace, following the city
boundary of Hyattsville; thence easterly to the rear of
Lot 9, Block A, following the city boundary of
Hyattsville; thence northerly following the city boundary
of Hyattsville along the lots at the rear of Claymore
Avenue to the centerline of Rosemary Lane being the city
boundary of Hyattsville; thence easterly following the
centerline of Rosemary Lane to the centerline of Adelphi
Road; thence southeasterly following the centerline of
Adelphi Road to the centerline of Queens Chapel Road and
East—West Highway; thence easterly following the
centerline of East-West Highway to the centerline of
Forty—third Street being the boundary line between the
City of Hyattsville and the Town of Riverdale; thence
southerly in Forty—third Street following the
Hyattsville—Riverdale boundary to a center of a fourteen
foot alley, which alley is shown on a plat duly recorded
in Plat Book BDS 1 at plat 31; thence running easterly
with the center of such fourteen-foot alley to the
centerline of the Washington—Baltimore Boulevard; thence
running southerly with the centerline of the
Washington—Baltimore Boulevard to the centerline of
Oglethorpe Street, thence westerly along the centerline
of Oglethorpe Street to the centerline of Forty—second
Avenue; thence southerly following the centerline of
Forty—second Avenue to the centerline of Madison Street;
thence westerly following the centerline of Madison
Street to the centerline of Forty—first Avenue; thence
northerly following the centerline of Forty—first Avenue
to the centerline of Nicholson Street; thence westerly in
the in the centerline of Nicholson Street to a point in
the centerline of Queens Chapel Road; thence northerly in
the centerline of Queens Chapel Road to the point of
