HYATTSVILLE

South 83° 50' 28" East 775.28 feet to a point, said point
being the most southerly point on Parcel E as shown on a
plat of subdivision entitled "Prince George's Plaza"
recorded in Plat Book 34 at Plat No. 27; thence running
with the southerly line of Parcel E, North 52° 58' 44"
East 620.48 feet; thence continuing with the said
southerly line of Parcel E and the southerly lines of
Parcels L, M and C of plats of Prince George's Plaza
recorded in Plat Books 39 and 34 at Plats Numbers 76 and
23, and two following courses and distances:

South 75° 30' 00" East 2443.43 feet;

South 26° 30' 50" East 241.27 feet and a prolongation
thereof to intersect the centerline of Queens Chapel
Road; thence running southwesterly along the centerline
of Queens Chapel Road to the point of beginning.

Description of Ward No. Five.

Ward Number Five shall embrace all of that part of
the city bounded as follows: Beginning at the centerline
of the extension of Thirty—seventh Place in the center of
the Northwest Branch of the Anacostia River; thence
following westerly up the centerline of the Northwest
Branch of the Anacostia River to the centerline of Queens
Chapel Road; thence northeasterly following the
centerline of Queens Chapel Road to the centerline of
Hamilton Street; thence westerly following the centerline
of Hamilton Street to the centerline of Ager Road being
the southwesterly boundary of the City of Hyattsville;
thence northwesterly following the centerline of Ager
Road to the centerline of twenty—ninth Avenue; thence
southeasterly following the centerline of Twenty—ninth
Avenue to the centerline of Lancer Drive; thence
northeasterly following the centerline of Lancer Drive to
the centerline of Thirty—first Avenue; thence
southeasterly following the centerline of Thirty—first
Avenue to the centerline of Jamestown Road; thence
northeasterly following the centerline of Jamestown Road
to the centerline of Nicholson Street; thence easterly
following the centerline of Nicholson Street to the
centerline of Queens Chapel Road; thence southwesterly
following the centerline of Queens Chapel Road to the
centerline of Longfellow Street; thence easterly
following the centerline of Longfellow Street to the
centerline of Thirty—seventh Avenue; thence southerly
following the centerline of thirty—seventh Avenue to the
centerline of Kennedy Street; thence easterly following
the centerline of Kennedy Street to the centerline of
Kennedy Place; thence southeasterly following the
centerline of Kennedy Place to the centerline of
Thirty—eighth Avenue; thence southwesterly following the
centerline of Thirty-eighth Avenue to the centerline of
