Ex.d      This Indenture Tripartite made this Twentieth Day of August
       in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Seven hundred and Sixty three Between James
       Jordan of S.t Marys County Gentleman of the first Part Jeremiah Jordan of the same place
       Gentleman of the second Part and John Hall of Ann Arundel County Attorney at Law of
       the third Part   Witnesseth that the said Jeremiah Jordan for and in Consideration of
       the sum of Five shillings Sterling Money to him in hand paid by the said James Jordan
       at or before the sealing and delivery of these Presents the receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged and
       for the docking barring and extinguishing all Estates Tail and all Reversions and Remainders
       thereupon expectant or depending of and in the Lands Tenements and Hereditaments herein after
       mentioned he the said Jeremiah Jordan by and with the advice and Consent of the said John
       Hall testified by his being a Party to and his Sealing and Executing these presents
       hath granted Bargained sold aliened released and confirmed and by these Presents Doth
       grant bargain sell alien release and confirm unto him the said James Jordan in his
       actual Possession now being by virtue of a bargain and sale to him thereof made by him
       the said Jeremiah Jordan bearing date the day next before the day of the date of these
       Presents for one whole year commencing from the day next before the day of the date thereof
       and by force of the Statute for transferring Uses in Possession (his heirs and Assigns for ever
      
             All that Moiety or one half Part of a Tract or Parcell of Land called Sussex devised in
       Tail by the Will of Justinian Jordan to his son the afd Jeremiah the other Moiety being
       by the same Will devised to the aforesaid James containing in the whole Tract One hundred
       and Fifty Acres of Land more or less together with all Edifices Buildings Gardens Ways
       Waters Water Courses Commodities Priviledges Improvements Emoluments
       Advantages and Appurtenances whatsoever to the same Tract or Parcel of Land belonging
       or Appurtaining and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents
       Issues and Profits thereof and of every Part thereof and also all the Estate Right Title Interest
       Use Trust Property Claim and demand whatsoever of him the said Jeremiah Jordan of
       in to or out of the aforesaid Tract or Parcel of Land and every Part thereof
