       Effectually to burthen the said Mortgaged Premisses with the payment of the said sum of two
       hundred and Ninety Nine pounds and Interest thereupon advanced and paid to and for him the said
       Charles Homewood as aforesaid and for and in Consideration of the Covenants and Agreements in the said
       last recited Indenture of Mortgage after mentioned on the part of the said Henry Woodward to be Kept and
       Performed he the said Charles Homewood by the said last recited Indenture of Mortgage did Covenant grant
       and agree to and with the said Henry Woodward his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns in Manner
       and form following that is to say that the said first recited Mortgage and the Lands and Premisses therein
       mentioned and every Part and Parcel thereof should stand Chargeable and Burthened with and
       be Security for the Payment of the aforesaid sum of Two hundred and Ninety Nine Pounds
       sterling with legal Interest thereon on the fifth day of November seventeen hundred and seventy
       one over and besides the said sum of Two thousand and forty four pound and Eight pence sterling in
       the Principal consideration Money of the said first recited Mortgage and that the said sum of two thousand
       and fourty four pounds and Eight pence sterling should not be paid or satisfied or tendered or offered to be paid under
       the Condition or Proviso in the said first recited Mortgage contained at any Time before the fifth day of November
       which should be in the Year of our Lord seventeen hundred and seventy one But that the said Henry
       Woodward his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns should and might peaceably and quietly
       have hold occupy possess and enjoy the said Mortgaged premisses untill the said Fifth day of
       November seventeen hundred and seventy one in as full and ample Manner as the said
       Henry Woodward his heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns might by the said firs recited
       Indenture and the Covenants therein Contained have hold occupy possess and enjoy untill the
       Payment of the Principal Money in the said first recited Mortgage mentioned and so forth
       as in and by the said last recited Mortgage reference being thereunto had may more fully appear
          And Whereas the aforesaid Henry Woodward is since Deceased having first made his
       Testament and last Will in Writing bearing date on or about the Eighteenth day of September
       seventeen hundred and sixty one and thereof made and appointed Mary Woodward his Wife
       Sole Executrix who hath since proved the same and taken upon herself the Burthen and
       Execution thereof as in and by the said Will and Probate duly recorded in the Prerogative Office
       relation being thereunto had may fully appear and the said Mary hath since intermarried with
       the aforesaid John Ilesselius   And Whereas by Indenture duly Erected and Acknowledged bearing
       date the day next before the day of the date of these presents and made between the aforesaid John
       Ilesselius and Mary his Wife by the Names and Additions of John Ilesselius of Ann Arundel
