10. County in the Province of Maryland Gentleman and Mary his Wife (late Mary Woodward Widow Executrix of the Testament and last will of Henry Woodward late of the County aforesaid Gentleman deceased of the first part the aforesaid the aforesaid Rebecca Young by the name & addition of Rebecca Young of the County and Province aforesaid Widow of the Second Part and the aforesaid Charles Homewood by the Name and Addition of Charles Homewood of the County and Province aforesaid Gentleman of the third part the Said John Ilessilius and Mary his Wife for the Considerations therein mentioned by and with the assent of him the said Charles Homewood testifyed by his being a party to and Executing the said last mentioned Indenture did grant bargain Sell Assign transfer and set over unto her the said Rebecca Young her Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns All the several Tracts or parcels of Land aforesaid and all and singular other the Premisses in the said recited Indentures of Mortgage or either of them mentioned and in and by the said Indentures of Mortgage granted bargained and sold or meant mentioned or intended so to be by the aforesaid Charles Homewood to the said Henry Woodward in his Life Time as aforesaid with their and every of their Rights Members and Appurtenances as in and by the said last recited Indenture reference being thereto had may more fully appear Now this Indenture Witnesseth that the said Rebecca Young for and in Consideration of the sum of two Thousand three hundred and Ninety pounds seven shillings and four pence Sterling Money to her in hand paid by the said John Ilesselius the receipt whereof she the said Rebecca Young doth hereby Acknowledge and thereof and therefrom and of and from every part and parcell thereof acquit and discharge the said John Ilesselius his heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns by these presents Hath granted bargained sold assigned transferred and sett over and by these presents Doth grant bargain sell assign transferr and sett over unto him the said John Ilesselius his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns All the several Tracts or parcells of Land aforesaid and all and singular other the premisses in the said recited Indentures of Mortgage or either of them mentioned and in and by the said recited Indentures of Mortgage granted bargained and sold or meant mentioned or intended so to be by the said Charles Homewood to the said Henry Woodward as aforesaid with their and each and every of their Rights Members and Appurtenances And the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and remainders rents Issues and Profits of the said Lands and premisses And all the Estate Right Title Interest Use Trust Property Claim and Demand whatsoever of her the said Rebecca Young of in and to the same several Tracts or parcells of Land and premisses |
