89. Received on the day an Year ^first^ within Written of and from the within named Flora Dorsey the sum of Five shillings sterling Money being the Consideration Money within mentioned to be by her Paid to me I say received by me Frederick Dorsey Witness Benj.a Mackall Edward Nicholson Recorded the 28th September 1763 Ex.d This Indenture Tripartite made this third day of August in the Year of our Lord seventeen hundred and sixty three Between Frederick Dorsey of Ann Arundel County Mariner of the One Part Flora Dorsey of the same County Widow of the second Part and John Rogers of Annapolis of the third Part Witnesseth that the said Frederick Dorsey for and in Consideration of the Sum of Five shillings sterling Money to him in hand paid by the said Florah Dorsey at or before the sealing and delivery of these Presents the Receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged and for the Docking barring and Extinguishing all Estates Tail and all Reversions and Remainders thereupon Expectant or depending of and in the Lands Tenements and Hereditaments herein after mentioned he the said Frederick Dorsey (by and with the advice and Consent of the said John Rogers testified by his beeing Party to and his sealing and Executing these Presents Hath granted bargained sold aliened released and Confirmed And by these Present Doth grant bargain sell alien release and Confirm unto her the said Flora Dorsey (in her actual Possession now being by Virtue of a Bargain and sale to her thereof made by him the Said Frederick Dorsey bearing date the day next before the day of the date of these Presents for one whole Year commencing from the day next before the day of the date thereof and by Force of the Statute for transferring Uses into Possession her heirs and Assigns All that tract or Parcell of Land lying and being in Ann Arundel County aforesaid called Knightons Fancy containing One hundred Acres Together with all Edifices Buildings Gardens Orchards Ways Waters Water Courses Commodities Priviledges Improvements Emoluments Advantages and Appurtenances whatsoever to the tract of Land belonging or Appurtaining And the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and remainders Rents Issues and Profits of the said Tract of Land And also all the Estate Right Title Interest Use trust Property Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the |
