88.

Ex.d      This Indenture made the second day of August in the Year of our
       Lord Seventeen hundred and Sixty three Between Frederick Dorsey of Ann Arundel
       County Mariner of the one Part   And Flora Dorsey of the Same County Widow of
       the other Part   Witnesseth that the Said Frederick Dorsey for and in Consideration
       of the Sum of Five Shillings Sterling Money to him in hand paid by the aforesaid Flora
       Dorsey at or before the sealing and delivery of these Presents the receipt whereof is hereby
       Acknowledged   Hath granted bargained and sold and by these Presents Doth grant
       bargain and sell unto her the said Flora Dorsey her Executors Administrators and
       Assigns   All that Tract or Parcell of Land lying and being in Ann Arundel County
       aforesaid called Knightons Fancy containing One hundred Acres together with all
       Edifices Buildings Gardens Orchards Ways Waters Water Courses Commodities
       Priviledges Improvements Emoluments Advantages and Appurtenances whatsoever
       to the same tract of Land belonging or appurtaining   And the reversion and reversions
       remainder and Remainders rents Issues and Profits of the same Tract of Land and every
       part thereof   To have and To hold the said Tract of Land and every part
       thereof and all and singular the Premisses with its Rights Members and Appurtenances
       unto the said Flora Dorsey her Executors Administrators and Assigns from the day next
       before the day of the date of these Presents for and during the full End and Term of One
       whole Year from thence next ensuing and fully to be compleat and Ended To the Intent
       and Purpose (that by force and Virtue of these Presents and of the Statute for transferring
       of Uses into Possession) the said Flora Dorsey may be in the Actual Possession of the
       Premisses and be thereof enabled to take and accept a Grant and Release of the Reversion
       and Inheritance thereof to her and her heirs for ever   In Witness whereof the
       Parties to these presents have hereunto interchangeably set their Hands and affixed
       their seals the Day and Year first above Written
