81. Ex.d This Indenture made this Nineteenth day of August in the Year of our Lord seventeen hundred and sixty three Between Alexander Stenhouse of Baltimore County Physician of the one Part and Samuel Young of the Same County Gentleman of the other Part Witnesseth that the said Alexander Stenhouse for and in Consideration of the sum of Five shillings sterling Money to him in hand paid by the aforesaid Samuel Young at or before the sealing and delivery of these Presents the receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged Hath granted bargained and Sold and by these presents the said Alexander Stenhouse Doth grant bargain and sell unto him the said Samuel Young his Executors Administrators and Assigns one undivided third part of all that tract or Parcel of Land Called Coheirs Lott revised lying and being in Baltimore County aforesaid Containing One thousand seven hundred and Ten Acres Together with all Edifices Buildings Gardens Orchards Ways Waters Water Courses Commodities Priviledges Improvements Emoluments Advantages and appurtenances whatsoever to the same One undivided third part of the said Tract of Land belonging or Appertaining and the reversion and reversions remainder and remainders Rents Issues and Profits of the same one undivided third Part To have and To hold the said one undivided third part of the Tract of Land aforesaid And all and singular the Premisses with its Rights Members and Appurtenances unto the said Samuel Young his Executors Administrators and Assigns from the day next before the day of the date of these Presents for and during and untill the full End and term of One whole Years from thence next ensuing and fully to be compleat and ended To the Intent and purpose (that by force and Virtue of these presents and of the statue for transferring of Uses into Possession) the said Samuel Young may be in the Actual Possession of the Premisses and be thereof enabled to take and accept a grant and release of the reversion and Inheritance thereof to him and his heirs for ever In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto interchangeably set their hands and affixed their seals the Day and Year first above Written Alex.r Stenhouse s Signed Sealed and Delivered Sam.l Young s in the Presence of Us Tho Cockey & Tho.s Johnson Junior On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written Viz Received |
