82. Received on the day and Year first within Writen of and from the within named Samuel Young the Sum of Five shillings sterling Money being the Consideration Money within Mentioned to be by him paid to me I say received by me Witness Tho.s Cockey Alex Stenhouse Th.s Johnson Jun.r Recorded the 15th day of September 1763 4 1/2 s.d Ex.d This Indenture Tripartite made this Twentieth day of August in the Year of our Lord seventeen hundred and Sixty three Between Alexander Stenhouse of Baltimore County Physician and Cordelia his Wife of the first part Samuel Young of the Same County Gentleman of the second Part and John Rogers of the City of Annapolis Gentleman of the third Part Witnesseth that the said Alexander Stenhouse and Cordelia his Wife for and in Consideration of the sum of Five shillings Sterling Money to them in hand paid by the same Samuel Young at or before the sealing and delivery of these Presents the receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged and for the Docking barring and Extinguishing all Estates Tail and all Reversions and Remainders thereupon Expectant or depending of and in the Lands Tenements and Hereditaments herein after mentioned they the Said Alexander Stenhouse and Cordelia his Wife (by and with the advice and Consent of the Said John Rogers testified by his being a party to and his sealing and Executing these Presents Have and each of them Hath granted bargained sold aliened released enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these Presents Do and each of them Doth grant bargain sell alien release enfeoffe and Confirm unto him the said Samuel Young (in his Actual Possession now being by Virtue of a Bargain and sale to him thereof made by him the said Alexander Stenhouse bearing date the day next before the day of the date of these Presents for one whole Year commencing from the day next before the day of the date thereof and by force of the Statute for transferring Uses into Possession) his heirs and Assigns one undivided third Part of all that Tract or Parcel of Land called Coheirs Lot revised lying and being in Baltimore County aforesaid Containing One thousand Seven hundred and Ten Acres Together with all Edifices Buildings Gardens Orchards Ways Waters Water Courses Commodities Priviledges Improvements Emoluments advantages |
