708. Charles Carroll before the Ensealing and Delivery of these presents the Receipt Whereof the said Lancelot Jacques doth hereby Acknowledge and therefrom Acquit and Discharge the said Charles Carroll his Heirs Executors and Administrators and every of them by these presents Hath given Granted Bargained sold aliened released enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these presents Doth give grant Bargain Sell Alien release enfeoffe and Confirm unto him the said Charles Carroll his heirs and Assigns all those pieces or parcells of Land lying and being in Ann Arundel County to wit all that sixty two Acres of Land more or Less being ^Part^ of Howards Inheritance as also all that two hundred seventy eight acres and one half Acres of Land more or Less being part of Warners Neck and Chance or one of them which same two Tracts of Land were heretofore Resurveyed and Collectively called Howards Inheritance According to the Meets Bounds Courses and Distances contained in the Deeds aforesaid from John Gresham and Samuel Howard to Lancelot Jacques Together with all and Singular their Houses Edifices Buildings Gardens Orchards Ways Water Courses Commodities Advantages and Appurtenances Whatsoever to the said pieces or parcells of Land hereby Bargained and sold belonging or in any wise appurtaining and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents issues and profits of them and of every part or parcell of them and also all the Estate Right Title Interest use Trust & profit property Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said Lancelot Jacques of in and to the said two parcels of Land and of in to and out of every part or parcell of them and also all the Estate Right Title Interest use Trust & profit property Claim and Demand Whatsoever of him the said Lancelot Jacques of in and to the said two parcels of Land and of in to and out of every part or parcell of them To Have and to Hold the said two Pieces or parcells of Land hereby Bargained and Sold or intended so to be and Premisses with the Appurtenances to him the said Charles Carroll his Heirs and Assigns for ever to the only proper use and behoof of him the said Charles Carroll his Heirs and Assigns for ever and to and for no other use intent or purpose whatsoever And the said Lancelot (Jacques) |
