       Person or Persons Whatsoever Claiming or to Claim from by or under
       them the said Benjamin Talbott and Sarah his Wife or their Heirs shall
       and will well and Truly Warrant and for Ever Defend by these
       Presents unto the said John Hammond his heirs and Assigns
       and further the said Benjamin Talbott and Sarah his Wife for
       themselves their heirs Executors and Administrators doth hereby
       Covenant Promise grant and Agree to and with the said John
       Hammond his heirs and Assigns that they the said Benjamin
       Talbott and Sarah his Wife their heirs Executors or Administrators
       shall and will from Time to Time and at all Times
       hereafter at the Reasonable Request and at the Cost and Charge
       in the Law of him the said John Hammond his heirs and
       Assigns do make acknowledge suffer and Execute any further
       Deed or Instrument in Writing such as the said John Hammond
       his heirs or Assigns or there Council Learned in the Law
       Reasonably devise Advise or Requir for the further and better
       assurance Surety and sure making the Land and Premisses
       aforesaid unto him the said John Hammond his heirs &
       Assigns  In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents
       have hereunto set there hands and Seals the day and year
       first above Writen
       Signed Sealed and                 The words aforesaid between the
       Delivered in the presence of   third and fourth Lines and                  Benjamin Talbott seal
                                                    the Word Line between the Eleventh
       Jonas Green                          and twelfth Lines and the words East     Sarah Talbott seal
                                                    fifty two perch.s north sixty perches
          Jos.h Johnson                     north ten Degrees west seventy two
          Will.m Green                      perches Between the fourteenth and
                                                    fifteenth Lines was all Interlined
                                                    before the singning

          On the Back of the Aforegoing Deed was thus Written viz.t

          Received the twelfth day of September Seventeen hundred &
       Sixty five of the within named Benjamin Talbott the sum   Currency
       of One hundred pounds Current Money being in fill for      £100
       the Consideration Money within Mentioned
       Witness                                                   Benjamin Talbott
       Jonas Green                                             Sarah Talbott
                          Jos.h Johnson Will.m Green
