690. of my deceased husband Samuel Richardson and all other Persons claiming or which Shall Claim any right title or intent to the aforesaid Parcell of Land and premisses by or under the aforesaid mentioned Indenture In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my Seal this Twenty fifth day of October in the year of our Lord Seventeen hundred and sixty Five Signed Sealed & Delivered in the presence of Miriam Richardson seal Andrew Heugh David Lynn On the Back of the Aforegoing Deed was thus written (Viz.t) On the 25.th day of October 1765 Came before us the subscribers two of his Lordships Justices of the Peace for Frederick County M.rs Miriam Richardson Executrix of the within named M.r Samuel Richardson and Acknowledged the within Release to be her Act and deed for the purposes therein mentioned Acknowledged Before us Recorded 26.th Octob.r 1765 David Lynn Andrew Heugh 5 sides Examined This Indenture made the twelfth day of September in the Year of our Lord Seventeen hundred and Sixty five Between Benjamin Talbott and Sarah his Wife of Ann arundel County in the Province of Maryland of the one part and John Hammond of the County and Province aforesaid of the other Part Witnesseth that the said Benjamin Tallbott and Sarah his Wife for and in Consideration of the sum of one hundred Pounds Current Money of Maryland to them in hand paid at or before the Sealing and Delivery of these Presents the Receipt Whereof they doth hereby Acknowledge and thereof and therefrom doth hereby Release Acquit and Discharge the said John Hammond his heirs Executors and Administrators Hath granted Bargained Sold aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these Presents doth grant bargain Sell Alien Enfeoff and Confirm unto the said (John) |
