Perches North Eighteen Degrees west Seventy Perches south Eighty five degrees west ninety four Perches South five degrees west one hundred and ninety Perches South Twenty degrees west Twenty six Perches South Sixty five degrees East one hundred and sixteen Perches South six degres west Twenty Perches South forty two degrees west forty four perches South Seventy Eight degrees west Thirty degrees ^perches^ south forty four degrees west Forty six Perches then south Forty six degrees East a Cross the whole Resurvey on Seths Folly Containing and now laid out for five hundred and Thirty Acres of Land together with all and Singular the Several Premisses and Appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise Appertaining To have and to hold the said two Several Tracts or Parcells of land aforesaid together with all and Singular the ^several^ Premisses and Appurtenances unto the said William Hall his Heirs and Assigns soever to the only Proper use and behoof of him the said William Hall his Heirs ^and Assigns forever And the said John Scott and his Heirs the said two Tracts or Parcells of Land unto the said William Hall and his Heirs^ in manner & form Aforesaid Conveyed against him the said John Scott his Heirs and against all and every other Person whatsoever Lawfully Claiming by from or under him the said John Scott and his Heirs Shall and will warrant and forever defend and the said John Scott doth for himself his Heirs Executors & Administrators Covenant Promise grant and agree to and with the said William Hall his Heirs and Assigns That he the said William Hall and his Heirs shall and may Peaceably and Quietly have hold occupy Possess and enjoy the said Bargained Premisses with their Several Appurtenances free from the let suit Molestation or Interruption of him the said John Scott his heirs or any other Person or Persons Claiming by from or under him them or any of them And Further that he the said John Scott and his Heirs Shall upon Request and at the Charges in the law of him the said William hall his Heirs or Assigns make do suffer Acknowledge and Execute any other or further act or acts thing or things in the law whatsoever that shall by the said William Hall his Heirs or Assigns his or their council learned in the law be reasonably devised Advised or Required for the Better and more sure making the said Several Bargained Premisses to the said William Hall his Heirs and Assigns forever In |
