677. of the one Part and William Hall of Elk Ridge in Ann arundel County & Province Aforesaid Merchant of the other Part Witnesseth That the said John Scott for and in Consideration of the sum of Two Hundred and thirty five Pounds Current Money to him in hand paid at and before the Ensealing and Delivery of these Presents by the said William Hall the Receipt Whereof he the said John Scott doth Hereby acknowledge and himself therewith fully Satisfied Contented and Paid and thereof and therefrom and from every Part and Parcell thereof doth fully clearly and Absolutely exonerate aquit and Discharge the said William Hall his Heirs and Assigns forever Hath given granted Bargained sold aliened enfeoffed and confirmed and by these Presents doth fully Clearly and Absolutely give grant bargain sell alien enfeoffe and Confirm unto the said William Hall his heirs and Assigns forever all that Tract or Parcell of land called Seths Folly Scituate and lying in Frederick County Begininng at a Bounded White Oak Standing on the North Side of a small Branch of Bush Creek which leads out of said Creed on the south Side and Runing thence North Seventy seven degrees East one hundred and thirty Perches then North thirteen degrees west sixty two Perches then south Seventy Seven degrees west one Hundred thirty Perches then by a straight line to the Beginning Tree containing and now laid out for Fifty Acres of Land be the same more or Less allso Five Hundred and Thirty same at the Original beginning Tree of Set his folly and Running thence North Seventy Seven degrees East Eight Perches North fifty deg.s East fifty three Perches South Sixty degrees East fifty Seven Perches North seventy degrees East forty five Perch.s North thirteen degrees west Sixty two Perches south Seventy Seven degrees west twenty Perches North Seven degrees west Twenty four Perches North Sixty degrees East Eighty two perches North Eighteen degrees west fifty Two Perches south fifty Seven degrees west Twenty Six Perches North Fifty nine degrees west thirty Perches north four degrees East Thirty two Perches North Seventy four degrees west fourteen Perches North forty one degrees west one Hundred and forty Six perches North forty degrees East one hundred and six Perches |
