                            On the Back of the Aforegoing Deed was thus Written (viz.t)

          October 11.th 1765  Then Came Rich.d & Bennett Darnall before us two of
       his Lordships Justices of the Peace for Ann Arundel County and Acknowledged
       the Property of the within ment.d Fifteen Hundred
       Acres of Land w.th the Appurtenances to be in the within Named
       Robert Dixon his Heirs & Assigns for and During the Term of Twenty
       one Years upon his the said Dixons Complying with the within
       Mentioned Conditions
                                                                            John Weems
                                                                            Elisha Harrison

          Ann Arundel County to wit
                                                    These are to Certify to all whom it may
       in any manner Concern that I John Weems and Elisha Harrison
       Gentleman by and before whom the within Several Probates
       were made taken and Signed at the time of making taking
       and Signing the same and long before was and now is two
       of his Lordships Justices of the Peace for the County af.d thereunto
       Duly and Legally Authorized Commissioned and Qualified
       and that to all Probates by them so Signed full faith
       and Credit is and ought to be given as well in Justice Court as thereout
                         In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand
             L S       and Affixed the seal of the County aforesaid
                         this 12.th day of October Anno Domini 1765
