675.

       Richard & Bennett their Heirs & Assigns and to None Other Person
       or Persons Whatsoever the hereby Demised Premisses together with
       all Edifices Buildings & Improvements and Advantages Whatsoever
       Which now are or shall at any Time hereafter during the Continuance
       of this Demise be on the hereby Demised Tract or Parcell of Land
       Called Golden Grove as aforesaid & Premisses Erected built made
       and Done and if it shall Happen that the said yearly
       Rents as above Reserved or any Part thereof be behind and
       unpaid by the Space of Forty Days next after eitheir of the said
       days or Times Above Appointed for Payment thereof whensoever
       the same should or of Right Ought to be Paid as Aforesaid being
       Lawfully Demanded That then and from thence forth it shall
       and may be Lawfull to and for the said Richard Darnall
       & Bennett Darnall their Heirs and Assigns unto the said Demised
       Premisses or any part thereof in the name of the whole to reenter
       & the same to have A Gain retain reposses and Enjoy as in their &
       theirs former Estate and the said Robert Dixon his Executors
       Administrators and Assigns and all other Occupiers of the
       Premisses or any Part thereof therout and from thence utterly
       to Expell Put out and Remove these Presents or anything herin
       contained to the Contrary thereof in any wise notwithstanding
       and also that he the said Robert Dixon his Executors Administrators
       & Assigns Shall & Will Plant an Orchard of at
       Least six hundred Good Apple Trees of Good Fruit and shall
       not make Sale of any Timber of said Land  And also that he
       ^the^ said Robert Dixon his Executors Administrators & Assigns
       paying the said Rents Aforsaid in Manner as Aforesaid &
       Performing all and every of the said Covenants & Agreements
       herin before Contained which on his or their Parts are or
       ought to be Paid done performed shall & may from Time
       to Time & all Times during the said Term herby Granted
       Peaceably & Quietly Enter into have Hold use Occupy Posses
       & Enjoy all and singular the said Premisses herby Demised
       with the Appurtenances without any Lett Trouble Hindrance
       Molestation Interruption & Deniel of them the said Richard
       & Bennett their Heirs Executors Administrators & Assignes
       and of any Other Person or Persons whatsoever Lawfully Claiming
