670 then the said Land to descend to the next Heir of the Body of the said Lucy and did further reserve the Life of him the said William Forrest on and to the said One hundred Acres of Land And Whereas the said William Forrest is now possessed of and interested in the said one hundred Acres of Land for and during his Natural Life by virtue of the will aforesaid the Reversion whereof doth belong to the said Elizabeth at present the Wife of a certain William Denune of Prince Georges County Now Know Ye that the said William Forrest for and in Consideration of the sum of five Shillings Sterling Money to him in Hand paid by the said William Denune and Elizabeth his Wife the Receipt whereof the said William Forrest doth hereby confess and acknowledge He the said William Forrest hath surrendred granted yielded up and confirmed and by these Presents doth Surrender grant yield up and confirm to them the said William Denune and Elizabeth his Wife their Heirs and Assigns forever all the said One hundred Acres of Land lying in Prince Georges County aforesaid and possessed by him the said William Forrest by virtue of the will aforesaid and particularly described in the said will and all the Estate Right Title Interest Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said William Forrest of in and to the said Premisses and every Part thereof with the Appurtenances so that neither he the said William Forrest his Heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns or any of them Shall or may have claim challenge or demand the said Premisses or any Part thereof or any Estate Right Title or Interest of in or to the same but shall at all Times thereafter of and from all Right Title and Interest of and in the said Premisses and every part thereof be barred and forever excluded by these Premisses ^Presents^ And the said William Forrest for himself his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns doth covenant and grant to and with the said William Denune and Elizabeth his Wife their Heirs and Assigns that he the aforesaid William Denune and Elizabeth his Wife their Heirs and Assigns shall and may at all Times hereafter peaceably and quietly enter into have hold occupy possess and enjoy all and singular the said one hundred Acres of Land and Premisses above mentioned and every Part thereof with the appurtenances without the Lett Trouble Hindrance Molestation Interruption or Deniel of him the said William Forrest his Heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns |
